2012 Is the Belief in Market Forces Just Primitive Religion?

I was looking for images to create a video I am working on about 'Market Forces' and how economists and, well, basically everyone talks about them as if they are some mysterious force that invisibly controls the world Economy and how that is ultimately used as a way to cover up the fact that our system is actually just based in individual self-interest and thus never actually supports what is Best for All. That is by design, of course (see: The Secrets of Competition).

The 'market forces' are really just the sum total of all of the actions of everyone who participates within the system from the starting point of survival competition, and basically only concern for one's own immediate interest without and consideration of what is Best for all that is Here physically. Thus decisions are made at every level that do not consider the physical Equality that we all need a home, food, clothing, electricity, and essentially equal access to the resources that are actually provided by the Earth freely to all. Instead that is abused and because everyone is only concerned with their own little bubble of reality called their 'self' (which is really just your mind), then we can't see what is really going on in this world - where billions of people go without the basic necessities due to the control of resources by the few. And we accept and allow this (see: Game Theory).

Anyway, I came across this picture (the one at the beginning of the post) while searching for 'market forces'. It represents the 'bear and the bull' which represents the two opposing market forces of going up and going down. It reminded me a bit of how indigenous cultures and pagans, for example, would use animals images to embody or represent forces that they believed were beyond their control.

It shows how primitive we really are when it comes to how we interface with the world around us and with each other. That we have not evolved past the state of believing in 'unseen' forces and 'invisible hands' and that we still use symbols to cover up the reality that is there for anyone with any Self-Honesty to see. That being that we all accept and allow this system as it is and therefore we are all responsible for the 'ups and the downs' because we participate in polarities even within ourselves on individual levels.

Its not magic that the economy goes up and down. It does that because the system is based on polarity. Some have - some have not. It doesn't have to be that way - that is just what we accept and allow.

Its also not magical or mysterious why you feel really great in the beginning of a relationship but it always goes bad and then it may go up and down over and over until it finally crashes and falls apart. (sound familiar?) We participate in creating feelings and energies towards the other person in the relationship, we also participate in thoughts about other people we might like to be in relationship with (see: What is Sex: Relationship Profiling) - we don't accept responsibility for what we created and then when the energy runs out or the good feelings run out - we blame the other person. Or we believe the 'magic has run out.' What self-dishonest bullshit (see: Mahatma Gandhi: Self-Honesty).

The Money Game

Some claim that the money system is merely a game and that all one must do is play by the rules to win. There really are very few basic rules, so let us examine them.

Rule 1. Money is of ultimate value. Given a choice one should always do that which gives one more money.

Rule 2. Without money one is not allowed to eat, drink, sleep, have a home, become educated, or have transportation.

Rule 3. One may work for money, but one must have money in order to travel to and from work.

Rule 4. To earn more money, one must have an education. One must understand how the money system works and the rules by which it operates, however no one will be told the rules unless they pay money to learn them.

Rule 5. Anyone may kill, rape, torture, extort, libel, slander, and in any other form abuse anyone they wish as long as they have enough money to cover it up, pay off those they have abused, pay off those who would investigate the abuse, pay enough money to those who write laws restricting the specific abuse, or to simply hire enough people as bodyguards to protect oneself from retaliation.

Rule 6. One must at all times use money to protect only oneself. One must always use money to deprive others of their money or ability to obtain money. One may from time to time give money to others in order to keep the majority of people from realizing the rules of the money game. This is generally called charity and should never be done in a way that changes the rules of the game.

Rule 7. Under no circumstances should one ever admit to anyone including oneself that the money game is constructed in a way so that no one ever wins. One should never allow oneself to realize that the money game ends at death. For this money is to be used to entertain and otherwise distract oneself and others from ever realizing this point. This is critical.

Rule 8. The money game should never actually benefit anyone, even those with money. It should always at all times be against the best interest of all involved. This basic premise should also never be admitted to oneself or others and money should be used to distract from this point as well.

Cancer is a Serious Business for Capitalists

The documentary, "Cancer is Serious Business" provides a look into both the industry that has mutated around the treatment of Cancer as well as an expose on the attacks by the mainstream of the industry on an 'outsider' - in this case the Burzynksi Clinic and specifically Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski - the founder of the clinic.

To give a brief summary, Dr. Burzynski, in the course of his research discovered a treatment for cancer that involved the use of 'antineoplastons' which he found were present in the blood of 'healthy' people yet lacking in that of people with various forms of cancer. Through further research, he found that by obtaining these compounds from healthy people's systems and transfusing it into the systems of those with cancer, one could stop and reverse the spread and growth of cancerous tumors (for more perspective see: What are antineoplastons?)

Currently one is only able to receive treatment from Dr. Burzynski through qualifying for a clinical trial - which in most cases means that one has to have already undergone treatment through 'traditional means' which include radiation and chemotherapy. This means that most people who undergo Dr. Burzynski's treatment have already had there systems decimated through radiation and chemical poisoning. And yet Dr. Burzynski's treatment has still shown to save people's lives in cases where traditional methods have very little success (see the Patient Stories.)

The purpose of the documentary 'Cancer is Serious Business' is to show the contrast between how Dr. Burzynski's treatments have been met by the Food and Drug Administration (which is responsible for certifying that new drugs and treatments are allowed to be distributed throughout the United States) versus the FDA's handling of treatments and drugs offered from large pharmaceutical companies.

In Dr. Burzynski's case, the FDA has still not approved antineoplastons for treatment of cancers, even though he has been researching and testing his methods since the 1970's. And this is not due to lack of evidence of his treatment's efficacy. He has produced many times patient records showing the effectiveness of his treatments but with the FDA and other organizations (such as the National Cancer Institute or NCI) rejecting his records. There is ample evidence for anyone interested to see that there has been an unfair treatment and scrutiny placed on Dr. Burzynski's research; one simply has to investigate.

But what we would like to address in this post is the 'why' behind all of this. Obviously Dr. Burzynkski's treatments are a threat to the status quo of the Cancer industry - an industry worth billions and billions of dollars. For example, in order to run a clinical trial to gain approval from the FDA to begin distributing a new drug requires literally tens of millions of dollars. So right from the start any person or group that may very well have a valid solution to a disease or ailment is prevented from receiving approval just on the basis of money. Now it is possible to get grants to perform these expensive trials, however individuals not associated to the established medical and pharma companies, as was the case for Dr. Burzynski, often find it difficult to receive these grants.

Isn't it obvious that - in our current system - money is king? The quote in the beginning of this post is from Li Chuan Chen, who was a researcher at NCI in the 90's. Truly there is nothing sacred.

Now, obviously drugs should be tested. We should not expect that Dr. Burzynski's treatment should just be pushed through without proper validation that the treatment works and doesn't cause unnecessary harm - but there are so many examples where the FDA does the opposite when it is in favor of a large corporation. Take the Vioxx story for example. According to the FDA's own estimates Vioxx, a treatement killed over 27,000 people as reported by Consumer Affairs. The painkiller generated over 2.5 billion dollars for Merck, which spend considerable resources to keep the risks out of the media, risks that Merck executives knew about from the very beginning.

How can we trust a system that gives unfair advantage to those with money. It's fascinating that many will vilify people like Dr. Burzynski as quacks and trying to make a buck off of others suffering and yet defend large corporations and their executives who continually put profits before Life. And let us be clear, this is a problem with our entire system. There is no industry unaffected by the cancer that is the profit motive. Our children read textbooks which are ineffective at teaching math when there are methods proven to work (see the Singapore Method). We consume food modified with chemicals designed to increase our appetites and form addictions. We buy cell phones and video game systems assembled by literal modern day slaves in other countries simply because it reduces costs and therefore increases profits for the companies involved. The list goes on, however it is clear if one simply takes the time to look that our current system is one that is founded upon abuse.

Now, before anyone criticizes us for being one-sided and simply supporting Dr. Buzynski for being the 'under-dog', let us say this. We trust no one. I mean, how can we. In a system based on profit, where we know almost everyone is only acting out of survival and their own self-interest, how can we trust anything we read, hear, or see. How does one know when anyone is acting in our best interest when we know that, at the end of the day, if one does not have money, one does not eat. And no one really cares about making sure you or anyone else eats (see Game Theory.

Perhaps that is the real problem. No one really cares about anyone else. If they did, then decisions about which treatments for cancer will receive funding for research to decided once and for all which ones actually work, what their real success rates are, and what the actual facts are. Decisions about who lives and who dies would not be based on numbers on a balance sheet but rather on what decisions actually work in the best interest of everyone.

Obviously there is no point in judging or condemning anyone. One can not blame the execs of the big pharma companies for they are doing what we would all like to do in their position. The question is why we allow the system to be set up to function as it does. This is the fundamental point we must challenge (for further perspective on how choice is tied to money see: Freedom of Choice and Equal Money.) And if we are unwilling to consider a new system then no amount of outrage - no amount of activism, occupying, arguing or suing will make any difference. The time for us to stop putting individual profit above life is now. The time to start valuing all Life Equally and making decisions that support this value system is now. It is time that we consider an Equal Money System and the common sense that the only way we can live on this planet together without harming ourselves and each other - the only way to experience real peace, real freedom, real happiness, real brotherhood - is to love our neighbor as ourselves and to participate in a system in a real, physical way that ensures that our love is not in word only but that our every deed is Best for All and that no one goes without to give more to another (for further perspective on how to use money in a practical way that will bring about a real change see: Making Peace with Money.)

Can't Afford Healthcare for Your Kids? You Could Go to Prison!

If you're a Parent and you can't afford Healthcare

for your Children, YOU could go to Prison!

This is the story of a typical, lower class American family: uneducated parents with minimum wage jobs, supporting five children, in a constant struggle to pay their bills - Monica Hussing and William Robinson couldn't afford health insurance for themselves and their children. So when their 8-year old son, Willie's, glands started swelling they visited a "free" clinic, trying to get Willie the support he needed. When they were told they would have to pay $180 just to get a diagnosis, which they couldn't afford, they went home and attempted several times to get help from social services.

Willie's swollen glands would come and go, and for months he appeared to be unaffected by them. His sister stated that he still played like a normal kid, even wrestled and played video games. "He was the happiest kid you could imagine. It never seemed like he was suffering." A social worker that visited the family implored the family to get Willie a medical check-up, but his parents decided they had to wait until financial assistance came through so that they could pay for medical insurance.

Suddenly, Willie started feeling sick with cold/flu like symptoms. He begged his parents to take him to the doctor, but they couldn't afford it, so his mother started giving him cold medicine. Within 3 days of the onset of these symptoms, Willie collapsed at his home and died. His autopsy showed that he had died from pneumonia, which was intensified because Willie had also been suffering from Hodgkins Lymphoma, a form of cancer that affects the lymph system.

Since Hodgkin's Lymphoma has a 93% recovery rate, and the fact that several witnesses testified that Willie was pale and thin and appeared extremely sick - his parents were charged with involuntary manslaughter, endangering a child, and felony assault. After a trial that lasted several years, Monica and William have plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter and each face up to 8 years in prison.

The most fascinating aspect of this story is the widespread blame and hatred that people across the US are expressing towards Willie's parents. There is even a poll on a popular website where 99% of voters say that Willie's parents "deserve to go to hell" for not taking him to get a medical check-up. Comments on several websites threaten violence towards the parents, saying they should face the same pain that Willie suffered, or even worse. Other people sympathize with the parents but blame social services and social workers for being lazy and inattentive.

Using common sense, we can see that blaming does not solve anything. We blame in order to get a temporary feeling of satisfaction that "justice has been done", and through this we allow ourselves to ignore the fact that in order to keep another child like Willie from dying, we must step up and change the system that we're living in. So, let's take a moment to really SEE the reality of what caused Willie to die, so we can see HOW we can stop this from ever happening to another child again.

Currently in America, each person is responsible to pay for their own healthcare and the healthcare of their children. Healthcare is expensive, even when it is just preventative care such as yearly check-ups, and the cost rises exponentially if we get into an accident or if we get an illness. Many Americans have health insurance, which is like a membership where we pay a certain amount monthly in order to get healthcare at a lower cost.

If you have health insurance and you get sick, the health insurance company will pay a certain percentage of your bill, while you pay the rest. In some cases, the health insurance companies are able to lower the hospital bill by 95%, which clearly shows that hospitals are overcharging for their services

Research shows that currently in America, 52 million people don't have health insurance. In Willie's case, even if his parent's HAD taken him to a doctor and diagnosed his cancer, they likely would not have been able to get insurance because Willie's cancer would be considered a "pre-existing condition". When a person has a pre-existing condition, health insurance companies realize that they will not make money from years of "membership fees" from that person and will actually lose money by paying for their treatment, so they refuse to support the person who desperately needs medical care.

This is how the US Health Insurance Industry has become a $677 Billion industry, where healthy people to pay out of fear that they will get sick, and sick people get turned down for treatment that they desperately need- which in turn supports the US Medical industry, a $1.75 Trillion industry, to increase costs of treatments and care each year.

In Willie's case, even if his parents had been able to afford that $180 diagnosis at the free clinic, without insurance they would have hospital bills adding up to around $300,000 for x-rays, blood tests, chemo/radiation, medication, and follow up doctors visits. They would be facing a debt that would be impossible to pay off in their lifetime. They would have to decide whether to sacrifice their entire family's future in order to try to make sure Willie survived - IF Willie survived treatment...

The reason Willie died is that WE have accepted and allowed an economic system which values money above all - and since every aspect of our lives is guided by this economic system, we have made each child's right to access healthcare completely dependent on the amount of money their parents have and how educated they are. We have accepted and allowed ourselves to isolate ourselves into small groups - based on name and blood - so that we don't have to take responsibility for the child that dies - we can simply blame that death on their family. The reality is, we are each and all responsible for Willie's death - we turned a blind eye and allowed him to suffer - because we allow this system where children are not guaranteed support and care from the moment of their birth.

At the most fundamental level, we can see that this is completely unacceptable. Ask yourself, if YOU or YOUR CHILD developed Cancer, wouldn't you like to know that you were guaranteed access to the best healthcare possible without any limitation. The only way you and your children can be guaranteed the best healthcare, with no financial limitations, is to make sure EVERYONE has that guarantee - that healthcare is a HUMAN RIGHT which is given to everyone EQUALLY.

Will Urban Tribes Exist in an Equal Money System?

Sociologists call 'neo-tribalism' a part of our Human Evolution...
Or are Urban Tribes the key to Consumer Evolution?

'Neo-tribalism' is a sociological term that describes the theory that a consequence of our creation of massive societies is the movement towards tribal societies - not based on bloodlines - but on 'lifestyles'. These so-called 'Urban Tribes' are subgroups of the larger urban societies, made up of people who 'choose' to be a part of the 'tribe' based on their persona (personality)- their definition of themselves. In an attempt to identify themselves and stand out from mainstream culture, while still being supported by a small group of similar personalities, urban tribes create 'subcultures' based on various different lifestyle choices ranging from religion or philosophical ideologies to music and fashion preferences.

The members of urban tribes often project a belief that they are free individuals who have free will and freedom of choice, however most people join an urban tribe in order to 'fit in' and usually conform to the subculture to be accepted. The key ideologies of a subculture become the thoughts and beliefs of each member, guiding their decisions and choices. Members are labelled and even self-defined as the subculture they participate in;
Punks, Emo, Hipsters, Fashionistas, etc...
and they build and develop their urban tribe as a group who supports maintaining the lifestyle and image of these subcultures.

Corporations began to see how quickly they could turn an entire group of people on to their products just by aligning their advertising with the ideals of the subculture, in what is now called 'lifestyle branding'. For example, Hot Topic is a clothing store in America that sells the stereotypical 'punk' and 'emo' and 'raver' clothing - kids can find all the clothing and accessories they need to create an punk urban tribe. Some companies develop an entire subculture around the ownership of their products, for example Apple and Harley Davidson have urban tribe fan clubs where members join together in celebration of consuming products. Lady Gaga has built a subculture of 'Gaga Monsters' - fans of her music and extreme fashion, which has created 'Gaga Monster' tribes around the world.

Companies with complimentary products often create events where a multitude of urban tribes from a particular subculture buy expensive tickets so they can gather together and talk about their interests, which further encourages buying more products. An extreme example of this is Comi-con and other cosplay conventions, where urban tribe members obsessed with video games and cartoon animation dress up in elaborate costumes and test out the latest games and comics on the market, collectively spending millions of dollars to support their personas.

More and more professional advertising companies are beginning to focus on developing product campaigns in direct alignment with subcultures, as their research has shown that once a small urban tribe accepts a brand as an identity, they create a trend which spreads, and everyone who identifies with the subculture must have the product to strengthen their persona- ensuring that the company can survive. And this is the evolution of the consumer, where buying is not based on physical need, but on the belief that we must maintain a false image of ourselves in order to feel as though we are 'special', and at the same time, feel like we 'belong'.

What is at the core of each of these urban tribes is desire to escape the reality of this world into a fantasy world - a desire to escape our responsibility for all of the pain and suffering that we allow for the majority of humanity just so some of us can get a good feeling. And in order to get the best feeling, we must continuously buy the newest add-ons to our personas, to perfect and adapt our fantasy image of ourselves. We've allowed our search for an identity and a persona to separate us and isolate us from the rest of Life. We've actually abdicated our true identities as Human Beings for a false sense of 'belonging' through something that is completely irrelevant and usually pure entertainment.

While we are worried about whether we are 'cool' and whether we 'fit in' and letting these fears become our obsession and addiction, we are ignoring half of the world's population who are struggling every day just to survive. These people are REAL, and their struggles are REAL, and we are ignoring our responsibility to make sure everyone is supported, while we are consumed with our fake and irrelevant ideas of ourselves.

The Equal Money System is the first step to Unifying all of us together through the fact that we all exist here in this Physical Reality, we all require the same physical support in order to survive, we must equally support each other in order for all of us to Live, and therefore we are never alone or isolated. Urban tribes, which are based on fear and separation will not exist -- instead people will gather in communities with same Principle, that what is best for all is best for each, and therefore all communities will be connected with each other and supportive of each other. When we are each guaranteed to be equally supported in this Physical reality, we are supported to enjoy being here - I will not need false personas, because I am appreciated for Who I really Am as a Human Being - No one will desire to escape a Reality that is Heaven on Earth.

No More Mortgages in an Equal Money System?!

Approximately 50 million American households

have a mortgage...

One of the most fundamental elements of survival in this reality is having shelter, a place where we can protect ourselves from extreme weather and predators, something that everyone needs in order to be able to Live. This is the definition of 'Home', where we reside each day as support for our physical bodies, and it is common sense that everyone who is alive in this world should have a Home to live in.

Research has shown that people who live in a permanent home, a home that they are guaranteed to be able to go to each day in order to sleep, eat, shit, shower, etc..., are more stable and effective, and are also more likely to support their neighbors and community.
Children who live in a stable home do better in school and are less likely to abuse drugs and alcohol.

However, in spite of this research, we live in and accept a Capitalistic system, where money is valued above all, so that each person who is alive in this world must have money in order to pay for the necessities of survival... or they must borrow for it and pay the consequences.

Homes are the highest priced commodities that most of us will pay for in our lives. The reason for this follows inherently from our money-value system: If we must have homes to survive, then those who own/build homes can price them as high as they want, and we must still buy them, therefore they price them very high to make the most money. For example, 90% of American households make an average of $31,244 each year, while the average cost of a single-family home in America is $272,900. There is no way for these families to save up enough money to pay for a home up front with cash (especially since the majority of them have to spend $10,050 of their annual income just to rent a home), so many families have to take out 'mortgages'.

Mortgages are legal contracts that bind a homeowner to the debt they own on their home through a creditor company. Most mortgages last 30 years and have an interest rate that can change based on the "mortgage index" (which is a rate decided by big banks). When a person signs a mortgage, the creditor sells the mortgage to banks and investment companies, which then allow other people to invest and make an income off of the homeowner's monthly payments of their debt. As long as the homeowner pays their monthly payments on-time every month for 30 years, then they will own the home and the investors will make their money, and everyone is satisfied.

However, the nature of Capitalism is never-ending competition to see who can make the most money. Therefore, in this current system, there will always be people who are not satisfied and will attempt to make more and more money in every way possible. This is what happened in the 00's in America, where creditors (in order to sell more mortgages to investment companies) started offering high-interest, low monthly payment, no money down 'subprime' mortgages on very expensive houses to people who had low or no income. These mortgages were created with tons of legal strings attached which made the repayment of the loan last nearly an entire person's lifetime.

how much longer you had to Live in order to pay off your debt --

and if you die too soon, your debt gets passed on to your children**

With the amount of people now 'able' to buy a house, companies began building tons of homes and marking up the prices. And in order to buy their dream home, millions of people signed up for these "subprime" mortgages, completely unaware of the consequences and costs of the lifelong debt they were committing to.

Investment companies then bought up all of these subprime mortgages and offered them to investors with promises of high return rates. **Some investment companies, such as the infamous Frannie Mae & Freddie Mac (which were set up and supported by the American Congress), deliberately lied to their investors about the risk of the mortgages they were investing in and distracted them with the promise of multi-million dollar returns.** Many of these investors were corporations, who invested their assets and employee retirement funds in these subprime mortgages. And for a while, the homeowners continued to make their payments, investors made their money, investment companies got their percent of the pie, creditors stayed in business, corporations around the world had more money, and everyone was temporarily satisfied.

However, several years later, with more people already living in homes under subprime mortgages - homes were not as much in demand, and the companies trying to sell homes had to lower their prices in order to get anyone else to buy them. This led to the value of everyone's homes dropping, and the people who were locked into the subprime mortgages were now living in houses worth a fraction of the debt they owed (this was the case for 8.8 million homeowners in America).

Also, around the same time the Federal Reserve raised interest rates (which led to banks raising their interest rates) and borrowers monthly payments increased to the point where many people began to default on their mortgages. Some people even declared bankruptcy, walking away from their mortgages, but ruining their credit so that their chance of owning a home ever again is unlikely.

At this point, the entire value system began to crumble --

Homeowners were failing to pay their mortgages, which meant investment companies couldn't pay investors. Investors started pulling what ever they had left out of the mortgage market, and many corporations began to lose money. Those corporations began cutting back on their spending by laying their employees off. These employees were homeowners, who now had no job and couldn't afford to continue paying their mortgage payments (even if they'd signed up for conventional, less-risky, mortgages). Over $512 billion invested in the subprime market was 'lost', which had a giant impact on the entire global economic system, as many other countries copied this mortgage investment plan, and failed to sustain it as well.

Across the US, several million people faced losing their homes to foreclosure. In the summer of 2009, a California man who had lost his job and defaulted on his suburban home mortgage, murdered his wife and 5 children and then committed suicide. In 2010, two homeowners in Philadelphia killed themselves after their foreclosed homes were sold for pennies on the dollar at a sherrif's sale. In July 2011, a Louisiana woman who was about to lose her home to foreclosure, murdered her three young daughters and then killed herself. In November, 2011 a Pittsburg man who owed $552,000 on a house worth half of that, killed his wife, her elderly parents, and then himself.

The 'mortgage' is a perfect example of how Capitalism is a truly fucked up system, which, in the long-run, supports none of us to be effective and successful human beings. We abuse the majority of our fellow humans by putting a price on what they must have to survive. We make a game out of survival where we are all competing against each other in a value system based on money, blind to all those we abuse along the way.

The system of Capitalism creates one human pyramid, where you must build yourself up upon the struggles of others below you. But what happens when the people below you fall?? You have no foundation, and you fall and lose everything as well. In that way, we are ONE, we all depend upon each other in order to continue to live in this world, but if we continue with our current system, we will all, as ONE, destroy ourselves into oblivion -- that's pretty f*cking obvious.

The only way that we can save ourselves is to make sure that everyone is supported Equally. We must change our economic system to support Life, which is real and is fundamental to each of us being Here in this Physical Reality. When we do this, no one will ever have to fear losing their home again, because no one will benefit from taking it away from them. And no one will have to go into debt in order to provide a home for their family, because having a home will be a human right that is guaranteed from birth until death. I'm sure you'll agree that no child deserves to live without a home, and no child should die because their parents can't afford one.

No more Children on the Street in an Equal Money System

It is currently estimated that 150 million children are living and working on the streets
across the world...

Street children can be found in nearly every country, whether they are so-called "developed" or not. The majority are born in and destined to a life of extreme poverty, in which they have ZERO opportunity to stand up for themselves and are completely subject to a fight for survival. Most of them have parents who are poor and uneducated, unable to support a child with the most basic of necessities. Some of them have parents who have cast them out as unwanted. Others are the unexpected children of prostitutes, or have been orphaned when their parents died. Some of them run away from home due to physical and sexual abuse. Most of these children are born without birth certificates, unable to get documentation as a citizen from their government, and are therefore unidentified by the system. With parents unable or unwilling to care for them, and governments who often neglects or completely ignores them, these children are left to fend for themselves. But how can a child fend for themselves in the BIG world out there?

They are forced to BEG...
Street children are found exclusively in urban cities - the hubs of people and money - where they beg in the streets for money from the passersby. Often times, rural and uneducated parents will move their families to the city in hopes that they will be able to earn more money, only to find job competition and a rising cost of living. As a consequence, parents inevitably must force their children to work in order to put food on the table, and children quickly become a commodity, where more hands out on the streets means more income for the family. Many of these children, who are new to the city streets and naive to the corruption when money is involved, are quickly kidnapped and abused in order to make money for their kidnappers.

In India, which contains the largest population of street children (18 million), there are "beggar mafias" - groups who gather up street children and force them to beg for money to pay the mafia members. There are many cases where children have been approached by someone who pretends to be a social worker, but drugs their food and takes them to a hospital where one (or several) of their limbs are amputated.

"In what was dubbed the ‘arms for alms’ scandal, doctors were filmed by Indian journalists agreeing to cut off the healthy limbs of children for just £100". This apparently makes the children "better beggars" - more shocking and invoking more guilt in the "hearts" of people passing them in the street - which means more money for the mafia. The children, however, have been permanently scarred.

They are forced to do Hard Labor...

Many street children and children of impoverished families are recruited to work for factories, since their small hands and keen eyesight make them very effective at sewing clothing and gluing small parts together. The International Labor Organization estimates that over 250 million children between the ages of 5 and 14 are working in developing countries.

In China, many of the factories and sweatshops that produce the majority of the products imported by the US and Europe employ child workers. Here, children work on average 10-14 hours a day and make less than half the wages of an adult. Many children are working in very dangerous conditions. In 2003, a fireworks factory exploded in Hebei Province, China, where one child died and 34 other children were injured. Investigators found that the children were being forced by their school teacher to make fireworks in the factory. Some of these children had a quota of 1,000 fireworks per day.

The abuse of child labor is well-known in India, where the majority of people are so poor that they are unable care for their children, and often sell them into "bonded labor" - where children become slaves, making little or no wages, and are expected to work for their "master" for their entire life. It is estimated that there are 15 million "bonded" child slaves in India, working in nearly every industry, especially construction, brickmaking, domestic labor, silk production, and even the diamond industry.

In 2007, a textile sweatshop in Delhi, India was exposed for using children as young as 10 to produce clothing for Gap Kids during the Christmas season. Many of these children were working 19 hours a day, forced to sleep in the factory, working back to back shifts in order to make sure their quota was met on time, and beaten if they were moving to slow or if they fell asleep. Also, many of the children were not being paid for their work, and may have been working to pay off the debts of their parents or relatives. Despite being exposed in 2004 for contracting to 136 factories that used child laborers, the Gap continues to contract to factories in impoverished areas in order to keep costs low, but with a new "policy" that all workers must be over the age of 14.

When India hosted the 2010 Commonwealth Games, it was revealed that child labor was used to prepare the stadiums for the influx of visitors. Many of these children were street children, who had come with their family or friends to the stadiums to beg from tourists. They were quickly put to work, hauling rocks, hammering nails, and lugging tools around for other workers.

In Mexico, 300,000 child laborers work illegally as migrant workers in the agricultural industry. These children come from poor families, often have parents who are also migrant workers, and must work long hours in the sun in order put food on the table. Often the children get infections from open wounds on their hands, and also suffer from respiratory problems due to breathing in the chemicals used as pesticides on the crops. In 2007, an 8-year old boy was crushed by a tractor while picking tomatoes on a farm, where the owner refused to take responsibility, claiming he didn't know that children were working in his fields.

In Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa, approximately 15,000 children between the ages of 12-16 are being trafficked in from the poorest towns to become slaves in the cocoa industry. Cocoa farmers often meet with desperate parents who are struggling with money, and promise to give their children a good job so they can send money back home.

These children are forced to work as slaves in the cocoa fields, expected to fill 80lb bags full of cocoa beans and carry them back to the farms. Many of these children are kept in horrendous conditions, with 18 of them confined to sleep in one small room, with very little food and water, and are usually beaten when they do not meet expectations. 43% of the world's chocolate (a $75 billion dollar industry) comes from beans harvested by Cote d'Ivoire child slave laborers.

They are forced to have SEX...

UNICEF reports that there are 200,000 child prostitutes in Thailand, 400,000 in India, between 244,000 and 325,000 in the U.S., 35,000 in West Africa, and 100,000 in the Philippines, Taiwan and Brazil.

According to the child prostitution advocacy group ECPAT, there are at least 2 million children held in sexual slavery in Asia today. Most of these children have come from poor rural villages, sold by their families for several hundred dollars (which is usually enough to feed the entire family for a whole year). Most of the time, parents are convinced by "brokers" that their child will be a nanny for a wealthy family in the city, or that they will be able to get a good job so they can send money back home, promising a better life for them - sometimes children are just kidnapped. The majority of these children will never see or speak to their families again, as they are quickly sold off to brothels and pimps around the world.

There is a myth among Asian men that having sex with a virgin will rejuvenate them and give them power. "There are surprisingly large number of aging and wealthy Chinese businessmen who believe that they must deflower a virgin at least once a year to gain the energy needed to be successful in their business enterprise and have a long life" cite. To feed this desire for young virgins, each year tens of thousands of girls are trafficked in and out of China from rural areas to become prostitutes. Many of these girls are Chinese citizens, who have been abandoned by their families due to the "one-child policy" in China which encourages a preference for male children. Asia has become the hub for European and American tourists to travel to for sex with children - where they believe they are less likely to be punished or prosecuted. Many of these men claim they are helping the young children by helping them escape economic hardship.

"On this trip, I've had sex with a 14 year-old girl in Mexico and a 15 year-old in Colombia. I'm helping them financially. If they don't have sex with me, they may not have enough food. If someone has a problem with me doing this, let UNICEF feed them."

On the other side of the world in Mexico, Columbia, and Brazil, the child sex trade is becoming a giant industry. Alex Fernandez, a 14 year old homeless teenager in Acapulco, describes the process that he goes through everyday when grown men take him to ritzy hotels and pay to have sex with him. "Yes, they buy me. The business gets me food. It gets me clothes, No one else helps me. What do you want me to do?" Children here are paid $10 - $50 to have intercourse or oral sex with older men, but most of the money likely goes to their pimps.

Even in America, where prostitution is illegal, children are sold into sexual slavery every day. The Department of Justice estimates that more than 250,000 young American citizens are at risk for of being forced into commercial sexual exploitation. According to the FBI, a large human-trafficking organization in California in 2008 not only physically threatened and beat girls as young as 12 to work as prostitutes, they also regularly threatened them with witchcraft. American girls who are forced to become prostitutes are largely unprotected by the laws, and if caught, are most often put in jail for prostitution instead of being considered a victim of human trafficking. It is also estimated that up to 17,500 young girls are smuggled into the US for prostitution. (cite)

According to UNICEF, it is estimated that over 30 million children have been trafficked for sexual exploitation over the past 30 years, with the numbers increasing each year consistently. Research shows that the number one reason that children are sold into sexual slavery is because their parents were too poor to take care of them. And those who sell children into slavery will continue as long as the child sex trade is a $7 billion dollar industry.

They are forced to FIGHT in wars...

Street children and children from impoverished families are especially susceptible to being recruited to fight as soldiers in wars. Some of these children become soldiers due to a promise of money and food, but many of them are kidnapped and forced to become child soldiers, where the majority die. In the past ten years, child soldiers have been reported in many of the wars around the world - most notoriously in the civil war in Uganda, where approximately 30,000 young boys and girls were abducted and forced to become soldiers in the rebel "Lord's Resistance Army". The young girls, some only 10 year old, were often raped, beaten, and forced to be sex slaves for all of the other soldiers in the group.

Recently, there have been increasing numbers of children recruited as child soldiers in wars in the Middle East. In Afghanistan, children as young as 5 are being paid by the Taliban to plant IED bombs near the roadways where British and American troops are known to drive on. Children are used because they are less suspicious, and they are also less likely to be attacked by foreign troops. Many of these children are unaware of what they are doing and are simply following orders to make some money. Children have also been recruited as suicide bombers - with traffickers being paid $7,000-$14,000 for a child suicide bomber. In May 2011, a 12 year old blew himself up during a street bazaar killing four civilians. In April 2011, in a nearby area of Afghanistan, a 13 year old detonated his explosive vest killing 10 people (including 5 young children) in an attempt to kill a military commander. The use of children as suicide bombers has also been reported many times during the war between Palestine and Israel, where Palestinian children (often 14 or 15 years old) have been apprehended while carrying several explosive devices intended for Israeli soldiers.

How do they cope with the Abuse?

Whether they are mutilated to make them better beggars, beaten and torn apart from being forced to have sex with 30 men in one day, forced to kill their fellow citizens during war, or overcome by illnesses and disease, these children are completely on their own with very little support from the people around them. These children face the most horrible abuse possible and many of them turn to drugs to ease their suffering.

The most popular drug among street children around the world is glue huffing. Glue is very cheap and can be easily abused, giving children a quick, short-living high that takes away their hunger and makes them feel warm. Many of these children develop problems with their brain and nervous system as an adverse effect of the chemicals in glue. Some children turn to drinking and hard narcotics as they spend more and more time on the street. A research study in Egypt showed that the reasons for drug abuse among street children were largely to help subdue fears, help them sleep at night, and to be able to endure pain, violence, and hunger.

It is estimate that 70% of children who are living on the street are suicidal. Many of them are suffering from diseases, especially HIV/Aids and other STD's due to being raped, molested, and from sharing needles.

How can WE stop this?

As you can see, the world is not a wonderful place for the 150 million children who must live on the street without any support. If we have a look around the world, we are hard-pressed to find anything that ensures children's rights, and that is the main reason why children are prime targets for abuse. They are mistreated, from the moment they are born, and live their entire lives as suffering. Nothing that we are currently doing is helping these children, not a single charity or outreach group has been able to stop this abuse, and we cannot continue to simply donate to these groups and just hope that these children will receive the support they need.

We must be self-honest here and realize that we are all responsible for these children's suffering, especially when we want to simply ignore what is going on. The very core of our entire world system must change in order to make sure that no child is born into this world doomed to a life of suffering. We must stand up and be willing to change in order to ensure that children are given the Right to Life. We must begin with changing the current money system, as money has become the number one reason for child abandonment, child slavery, and child sexual exploitation.

The Equal Money System provides support for EVERY child, making sure that they are cared for the moment they are born until the day they die.

How Santa's Sacrifice Feels So Good for Some - Sucks for 4 billion

It is better to Give than Receive - Acts 20:35

Every year, during the Christmas holiday, this phrase (which is attributed to Jesus Christ) is slapped on advertisements for everything from cars, jewelry, and toys to charity programs. Every possible opportunity is used to remind people that Christmas is the "season of giving", so that they spend more and more in the Christmas consumer market.

Let's take a moment to consider what this statement actually implies...

In order for someone to give, someone must receive - therefore if it is better to give than receive, then the person who is giving is "better" than the person who gets. And the person who gives the MOST is the Best and most Blessed. Although we may not want to admit it, this also implies that the person who gives the Least is the Worst.

We have accepted this value system and taken it to the extreme, so that the Christmas holiday has become a competition to see who can give the most and in return get the most. This is perpetuated by the fantastical story of Santa Claus - the man who sacrifices every moment of his life planning and creating things to give to people on Christmas Eve - which is quite parallel to the story of Jesus Christ who sacrificed his life for our sins, which is the story we tell ourselves throughout the rest of the year.

During Christmas, Santa Claus is the idyllic giver, literally a Saint- a jolly judge who gives to those who have been "nice" and punishes those who've been naughty by giving them nothing. - and this is the role which all of the rest of us must emulate. However, since Santa Claus does not actually exist - his role is played secretly by parents. And the More that parents Give, the better they Are. And the better they Feel - *A study came out that shows that when a person gives something to another person which they believe to be "good" - they get a release of a chemical to the brain called the "cuddle hormone" which gives them a really good feeling.* So parents can reap the emotional (and chemical) benefits of the Santa Fanta-sy, while training their children to believe that Christmas is about Feeling Good.

But, Giving in our society implies having money in the first place. So what happens to the parents can't afford to buy their children a mountain of presents, those who are struggling just to survive everyday?

Becoming more and more popular are "Christmas Loans" - where people who can't afford Christmas presents to take out cash loans so they can make sure they can give their children a "proper Christmas". Some people end up taking out a loan which they can't even pay off in one year - and therefore they're in the same position the following Christmas. They drive themselves further and further into debt - and the cost of the "joy of giving" is the pain of struggling without money throughout the rest of the year.

Now for those who can't even take out loans - there's always Charity...

Charity is a HUGE industry during Christmas for obvious reasons... Because, charity is the BEST kind of Giving - therefore, people who give to charity get the Best feeling and can consider themselves the Best people. Most charities offer up some kind of product that you can buy where some of the proceeds are donated to poor families who can't afford Christmas. Or you can just donate money so that a poor family can buy a tree. This charity let's you donate $35 to send a shoe box full of "pens, pencils, necessary items, and motivational notes" to children in third world countries - and they call this "blessing a child". Christmas charity allows YOU to feel like a Saint for the entire year!!

**Note that Christmas Charities also allow you to unload any extra income that puts you over your tax bracket that year - so you can feel Great and keep more of your money too! coincidence?**

We play out this cycle every year, where ONE time during the year we want to feel really GOOD through Giving, while more and more people get poorer and poorer -- which means more people must suffer through the struggle to survive so that the few of us can get a good feeling. The lives of the majority of the people are just getting worse -- no matter how many shoe boxes of junk you donate to little poor kids.

Let's rewrite the statement "it is better to give than receive" to this:

"It is BEST for all to Receive Equally"

Because, when all people are being supported equally in every moment all year long -- then no one will have to rely on the desire of others to get that Good feeling from giving. In fact, all of us will get to have the BEST experience when ALL of us are supported -- we won't need a Santa Claus to sacrifice himself -- in fact no one will need to sacrifice anything anymore.

The Equal Money System is the Gift that we give to each and every human being on this planet -- so this year, do something that will actually change this world to one where there is NO poverty, NO starvation, and NO children suffering -- Donate to the research for the Equal Money System.

No more teachers taking their life long frustrations out on their students

In the current system, all decisions are made within the starting point of survival, and because our system works on the principle that for some to have, others must not have = we must compete to survive. The measure of success in the current system is how much money one has, and thus teachers rank on the low end of the success ladder from that perspective. Obviously many will say that what teachers do (educating the new generations of children) is more important that how much money they make. If that is the case, then why are teachers paid so little, on average, compared to, for example, CEO's or lawyers or doctors? This has a subconscious effect on the teacher, in that, in the back of their mind, they know that what they do is not appreciated. Thus, the teacher will have certain frustrations stemming from this. They will have frustrations in general stemming from their own participation in the survival system in general as well. And it is inevitable that they will take out these frustrations on their students (the 'bad' teacher we are all so familiar with.) The teachers themselves are products of the system and thus will not know how to process their emotions and feelings effectively and will therefore have an influence on the children they teach - teaching them by example that it is ok to react emotionally to situations and to participate in competition and spite. Thus the teacher only perpetuates the same system.

In an Equal Money System, teachers will be valued Equally to all else. They will be educated to a level of effectiveness within themselves Equal to everyone else and thus will be able to direct themselves without emotion and feeling and thus be a stable support system for the children they educate. Teachers will no longer become teachers 'just for the money' (what little money they do make). Teachers will no longer become teachers because it is their 'only option.' Teachers will become teachers because that is the way in which they would like to express themselves, because only in an Equal Money System - where all Life is valued Equally - will one be able to express themselves freely, not having to make decisions based on survival and competition.

Additionally, the information being taught will be what is actually Best for the Child to support them to participate effectively in reality as an Equal. Thus, the teacher will not have an unconscious or subconscious point of backchat about teaching children information that is essentially only turning them into consumer slaves (as is the current purpose of education). Thus the teacher will actually know that what they are teaching children is Best for All, and this will have the effect of changing the nature of one's experience within education. No longer will it be one of resistance and stress and worry and competition, but instead education will become a process of developing and uncovering the real potential of each human being to participate in reality as an Equal and to understand how to give what one wants to receive. In essence, in an Equal Money System education will become a process of showing each child how to live in Heaven here on Earth.

The End of Psychiatry with Equal Money

In an Equal Money System there will be no need for psychiatrists. Psychiatry and psychiatrists are only necessary, in the context of the current system, because we are not all equally educated in how to effectively process our feelings, emotions, and thoughts and to understand that we create consequences for ourselves and others through what we accept and allow within and as ourselves. Thus, because an Equal Money System will ensure that each individual is educated to be Equally effective in all of the basic support tools such as self-forgiveness, self-honesty, and common sense, there will be no need for psychiatrists to 'fix' people. Of course, it is possible that there may be some who deviate from what is Best for All and thus they will be supported effectively with the tools to correct themselves and realign themselves with what is Best for All, however not in the same way in which a psychiatrist currently attempts to 'fix' people through using the tools of modern psychiatry.

The psychiatrist, in the current system, exists within the context of the current money system. Thus the psychiatrist acts in a way that will secure his or herself an income according to what we have accepted psychiatrists should make. Thus it is actually not in the self-interest of the psychiatrist to actually assist a 'patient' to 'get better' because then the 'patient' is no longer dependent on the psychiatrist for treatment. This is not to say that all psychiatrists are conscious of this fact, however it is unavoidable when the system is structured to support only profit and survival.

In addition, the system of psychiatry itself is not designed to actually support beings to become self-responsible, but instead it supports them to maintain an sufficient level of 'normalcy' in order to function effectively in the workforce within the economic system. Within this, psychiatrists will never question the root cause of a patient's symptoms, because that would require questioning the system itself and thus even the psychiatrists position and status. Thus the psychiatrist will instead prescribe medication which will allow the 'patient' to manage their 'symptoms' and still be able to be a productive member of society. Yet this does not address the actual reason why people are developing disorders.

Within the institutions of psychiatry there is a more deliberate form of manipulation around information in which professional psychiatrists create disease through giving names to sets of symptoms that in themselves are not diseases, yet become diseases through naming them as such. An example is 'shift-work' disorder. This disorder apparently causes people to become tired at work. Psychiatric drugs are prescribed to treat this disorder which are in essence stimulants. If we look at the root cause of 'shift-work' disorder, it is obvious that it is a consequence of many systemic factors such as diet, lack of proper exercise, and the fact that people must focus on mundane or un-enjoyable tasks that they would likely prefer not to perform, except for the fact that they must obtain money for survival. However, the psychiatrist, not having a solution that is Best for All, will instead prescribe a solution that will allow the patient to return to work and be able to get through their day more effectively. This ensures that the economy continues to function as it, workers are productive, and the psychiatrist gets paid.

Psychiatry is really nothing more than a safeguard to ensure that the system continues to function. Thus in an Equal Money System there will be no more need for psychiatry as most of the conditions addressed by psychiatry will no longer be problematic. And if there are people developing symptoms that are problematic, then this will be an indication that the system is in need of adjustment. And, because research and data will be shared openly, the system can be adjusted according to the feedback.

Will Governments Fund Religion in an Equal Money System?

In our current economic system, governments around the world directly and indirectly fund religions. There are countries in which this is very obvious, such as many islamic countries and Rome for example, and there are other countries which promote "freedom of religion" and allow religious groups to perform all the actions of a standard company without having to pay taxes. In all of these cases, religion is considered to be a sacred human right that is protected by the government - and most often religion is protected with disregard for what is best for all people in the country/community.

In spite of all the wonderful things people claim about religion, at a fundamental level - religion is the number one justification that Human Beings use to separate themselves from the world - their environment and the other living beings around them. No one can logically argue against this obvious fact - there is evidence throughout the history of mankind of wars and genocides that were founded upon and fueled by religious beliefs. For example, the Crusades, the Israel-Palestine Conflict, the destruction of the Native Americans, and so on and so forth. Even today, Egypt is overrun by fighting over the new religious sects that may be voted into power.

Take any war in our history, and you will find a motivation to kill based on a religious belief. This isn't surprising when we have a look at the spiritual texts of every religion - we find violence and anger even from the holiest of holy - The Gods. And when people try to live up to "image and likeness" of these Gods, they believe that they have the right, no the duty, to "purify" the Earth by destroying all those who go against THEIR God.

And those who are in power, those who inhabit our current system of governments around the world, often believe they must do God's work. And they take it upon themselves to start wars, and send troops off to die, and build nuclear weapons all the while proclaiming that "this is what God wants us to do".

Obviously none of this is best for all mankind, best for the Earth, best for all Life. In order for all Life to be properly supported, we as Human Beings must first realize that we cannot continue to separate ourselves from each other. We are a Family of Life, and we must stand together, united in order to ensure that we all can equally Survive and Live Here on Earth. Therefore, we must let go of all of our separate religions and tear down the barriers that we've built between ourselves.

The Equal Money System will be the first step towards the Unification of Man - where the Principle of every action and word will be What is Best for All. Therefore, no governments will support or fund religion. Governments will be dedicated to building and maintaining the system that will create a Heaven on Earth.

No More OIL in an EMS ?

We use oil in our current system, because we are able to convert oil to other products which, when burnt, produce large amounts of useable energy for consumption in our cars, to produce electricity, and for many other things that we use to run our system. The goal here is to get a lot of energy to be able to do work. Our system runs on our ability to produce more and more all the time. Obviously there are many other forms of energy available but they do not yield the quantities of energy that we would like to be able to produce at an ever increasing rate. And that is the crux of the matter - that our current system is based on the belief that we require to make more and more and that our survival depends on this. The problem is that the more we make, the more people we need to consume all the products thus increasing the need for more products, however without considering that the amount of oil on this planet is obviously finite. And it is not a valid argument to say that (according to some) oil will not run out for hundreds or even thousands of years. It is irrelevant when it will run out because it surely will at some point. And if we have based our system on the need for oil, then what happens when we do run out?

But, since we are able to question the very starting point of our system, we can rather ask why do we need to always produce more and more. Why can we not instead find a way to live in equilibrium with our environment? If we were considering what was best for all - and not just blindly following the belief that we required to produce and consume more and more all the time - then we could establish more effective ways of using the energy that is already available in great supplies. Imagine the billions and billions of dollars of research that are being directed towards oil based energy and other forms like coal (non-renewable forms) that could instead be directed to finding out how we can use the energy that is more readily available in a way that is more efficient and less destructive to our environment. At the moment, oil itself is a commodity - thus it is being used because it can be restricted and thus a price can be placed on it. Solar energy, in so far as it is available to everyone equally, cannot be restricted in the same way - and thus in a system based on profit - an obvious source of energy will be downplayed and this is why there is very little infrastructure for people to utilize solar energy. Imagine if every house had for example a solar generator - there would be no reason to buy electricity from a power company every month or to buy gas to heat the home or to buy fuel for one's car. Obviously the solar converters that now exist are not quite effective for that, but look at the amount of research being done in that field versus in the oil industry. In the current system, research and consideration tend to follow money - thus when we have established an Equal Money System - we will be able to explore all the possibilities in this world and not only the ones that are able to be wielded to create profit for a few.

For example according to an article in the Daily Mail, there are light bulbs created in the early 1900's (1909-1912) which are still burning to this day. Of course, a company like General Electric would never produce these bulbs in mass amounts because they would put themselves out of business. Thus we can see an example where we have deliberately not made something the best that is possible simply because we have a system based on profit.

In an Equal Money System oil will no longer be used. Oil is not the best form of energy to use as it is not readily available and creates polluting side effects (for example carbon emissions.)

We have not addressed the use of oil in plastics, which is another driving force behind the functionality of our current system - but again, will plastics be necessary in an EMS? Would we need to store things in plastic so that we can stock them by the thousands in warehouse sized retail stores? Or would we rather produce only what is necessary, in quantities according to what is needed and distributed in a way that they do not need to be stored for long periods of time? It is fascinating that we, as humans, believe that oil is necessary to our lives, which only indicates how we have accepted ourselves as consumers only and do not consider anything outside of what we are programmed to see and believe. Perhaps it will not even be necessary to use energy as we now understand it. That will likely not happen in the near future, but I don't see why it is not possible at some point. Imagine, if each part of existence were moving together in harmony, each supporting what is best for each other, then why would energy be necessary to move? Perhaps movement would mean something altogether different than what we now believe it to mean. Energy only seems necessary when you have to force one part of reality into bending to your will. If you were actually here as an Equal part of reality, then why would movement require more than a collective agreement?

Fascinatingly, the number 1 source of stress is money itself - not having enough money or not knowing whether one is going to have the money one needs. For billions in this world it means not having enough money to survive or only just enough so that one is only ever focused on survival. For the rest it means not having enough money to maintain or achieve the lifestyle that one desires according to the options present in one's world depending on where one is born and one's education level. In an Equal Money System, one will not have to 'worry' about survival because each will have what each requires to live without having to constantly focus on survival. Imagine, if you knew that your next meal was coming, with certainty - would you feel stressed? Of course not. If you knew that you would have a roof over your head - would you worry about that? No. It is only when these things are not secure for each one that stress comes into play.

The second most common source of stress - workplace stress - is due to having to work in a system where each is placed according to the random chance of one's birth, educational opportunity, and vocabulary level. Simply being born into one country versus another gives one opportunities that others do not have. We go to jobs that we don't really enjoy, that we only perform to get a paycheck, and that in many cases are only possible by exploiting and enslaving others in third world countries. In an Equal Money System, each will be educated effectively to have the basic skills necessary to participate fully in reality and to be able to discover a field of labor that one both excels at and enjoys. And then one's labor can be a gift to oneself and to the rest of the world and not simply something one do because one has no choice. Imagine, if your labor was a self-expression of enjoyment and where those with whom you worked were fully expressing themselves. There would be no need to worry because one would not have to fear being 'fired' and losing one's means of survival. Instead one would simply focus on how to become as effective as possible within one's field and how to labor in a way that benefited all as much as possible, and in that each one would benefit equally from everyone's labor.

The third major source of stress - personal relationships - stems from the fact that we are not supported from a young age to develop a vocabulary to express ourselves effectively with another human being, and we are not supported to release our emotions effectively to not create side-effect consequences in our lives and in others'. We instead create conflict for ourselves and our relationships become a battlefield instead of a supportive platform for our self-expression. Imagine if you never had to argue over money with your partner. Imagine if you knew that your partner was not interested in competing with you - that they were completely emotionally stable and fulfilled and you were as well and thus each interaction would be done freely and not from a starting point of needing to use someone else to make oneself feel secure or valuable. In an EMS, because money would no longer be a constant source of conflict, relationships would no longer be a source of stress and limitation but rather a means of exploring oneself and another and finding out what each one is really capable of expressing and experiencing.

The fourth stress point - health - is in part a result of a medical and food industry based on profit. Our food is designed to make us hungry and wanting more and more. Our food is full of synthetic chemicals designed to make us addicted with no real understanding of the consequences on our bodies. Our medicines are designed to keep us sick and often cause more health problems than they alleviate. In an Equal Money System, food would be designed to support the human body for each to be effective. We would not add unnecessary chemicals just to keep people buying food for companies to make products. Medicine, if even necessary, would not be designed without consideration of the side effects not only on our bodies but in terms of the pollution caused through manufacturing and disposal of unused medication. Food and medicine research would be done in the open, with resources supporting the design of food and medicine that makes us more effective and allows us to support the best of each one. Each would have enough food to live in full health and disease would be managed effectively, not allowing sickness to spread due to an unequal economic system. We would no longer worry about the quality of our food, about our cholesterol levels, about the high cost of our blood pressure medicine, or about the side effects of poorly designed drugs.

The fifth cause of stress is really just a catch-all which includes all the little things that irritate each one individually. But really, if you had enough food, if you had plenty of clothing, shelter, an opportunity to labor in a way in which you could express yourself without fear, the ability to communicate with all of reality as an equal, and the certainty that if you injured yourself, the best approach to assisting you back to full health was guaranteed - if you lived in a such a system - what would there be to feel irritated about? Perhaps it is easy to be irritated in a world where everything is competing with everything and it seems each atom of existence is out to get you.

Now imagine, in an Equal Money System - each particle of existence would in fact support you, just as you would support everyone and everything else. That is what each actually wants and would like to experience in this world, because no one wants to live a life of Stress.

Will there be waiters in an Equal Money System?

In an Equal Money System there will not be waiters. Waiters, also referred to as 'servers' are in essence slaves that take orders of those who have money to be able to sit in a room and be served. In a system where each has enough to be able to live comfortably, there will likely not be anyone willing to run around for 8-10 hours at a time bringing food to people. There will likely not even be restaurants as we know them in an Equal Money System. There will likely not be cooks, busboys, valet parking, or hostesses whose only job is to greet people at the front entrance and find a table for them to sit at. None of this will exist in an Equal Money System, for the simple fact that there will be no one who, due to a lack of money, has no choice but to become a slave to those who have money and therefore don't even have to make their own food but have the luxury to sit on their ass and have it brought to them.

On the other hand it means that we will likely become effective at making our own meals and thus we may like to make meals for each other and to enjoy each other's company. In that case it may be fun to cook a meal and present to others, but it won't be done from the starting point that one has no choice and thus must do it for survival. And then meals could be quite cool. One would not expect 'service' and instead would be grateful for what one receives and one would obviously give thanks and show gratitude and appreciation for the other person's effort. Then eating and cooking could become real self-expression and not something one do as a pre-programmed consumer behavior.

No Thanksgiving in an Equal Money System

When I was in grade school, we learned about the "His-story" of Thanksgiving, and how it was a Holy-day for the Pilgrims and Indians as they shared a bounty of food with each other from their respective cultures.

We made pilgrim and indian costumes, painted paper turkeys with glitter and feathers, and wrote down lists of all the things we were "thankful" for that year.

This was the fairy tale that we were told as children - that everyone had something to be thankful for and that we must give praise to God for giving us such wonderful families, friends, and also such plump turkeys.

We were also taught that there were certain essentials that must be present at Thanksgiving - OR ELSE it wasn't really a special day.
Firstly, you MUST have a turkey at thanksgiving. And mashed potatoes, beans, sweet potatoes, honey baked ham, gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, etc etc etc.. Quickly, Thanksgiving becomes a Holy-day praising FOOD above all else, and not just food - an abundance of food.

Since we are learning this ritual in school, it seems to be "right" and what we're "supposed" to do. At this early age, we are being brainwashed to only consider ourselves and our family and how much we'll get to eat on Turkey Day.
This ritual is a kick in the face to the half of the worlds population who are living in poverty, especially the billion people who are literally starving.

How can we justify an entire day of stuffing our faces full of the most luxurious foods when a single person in this world goes to sleep the same night with an empty stomach. How can we say "Thanks God, thanks for giving US all this really great food, thanks for protecting our family from harm this year" -- without considering that half the population of this world is suffering, families are losing loved ones to hunger and disease.

Thanksgiving exposes our greed and gluttony that we have allowed throughout our entire existence. It is a holiday where we stuff ourselves full of tryptophan turkey so that we can shut our eyes to OUR responsibility to our fellow man and all of Life in this world, where we flaunt our abundance over those who have nothing.

Thanksgiving will not exist in an Equal Money System, because we will not over-consume in a world where all are supported equally and sufficiently. We will not praise Food, and value it over Life. We will gather at the table and enjoy ourselves with a modest meal knowing that all people are able to eat that night -- no thanks necessary because WE made this happen.

Who will pay for Medical Care in an Equal Money System?

Focus on Prevention of Disease

In an Equal Money System, the focus will be on prevention of disease, thus there will be much less incidence of disease. Currently the majority of research on disease - by corporations, governments, and universities - is done to create new drugs to treat and cure diseases, and for the drugs that are created to prevent disease even they do not address the core cause of the disease.

For example, consider a company that designs a drug to prevent heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels in one's body. Is this the best way to address the problem? Or would it make more sense to investigate why we are consuming so much cholesterol which is causing the heart disease? Obviously this would cause a problem for companies which produce and market the foods which contain high levels of cholesterol which would sell better than for example a food which is more supportive of the body but costs more to produce.

The Profit Motive and Competition Create more Problems

In an Equal Money System, the profit motive would not exist, thus the decisions made on whether to produce a certain drug, design a certain treatment, or to rather utilize resources to investigate ways to eliminate the health problem all together. Currently these decisions are not made according to what will actually benefit everyone, but rather what will secure more long term profitability for a company. Even the universities are not immune from this because they secure research funding and royalties on patents based on the profitability of the research they pursue.

In an Equal Money System the 'health care' system will not function as it does now. We already looked at the point that the focus will be on prevention of disease, but there will be less disease simply because our relationship with our environment will be fundamentally different than it is now. Pollution will not be a problem, bad food, crime, drugs, cancer - these things will simply not be problems any longer, and this is just to name a few. When our relationship with our environment changes to one where we consider what is Best at all times then we will no longer place pollutants into the air as a by-product of making chemicals to create products in order to sell to consumers to achieve profit. Drugs will not be needed to escape from reality, because reality will be a place one in which one would enjoy participating.

With Equality as the Starting Point 'Health' will become a 'Natural State'

When we begin to consider each other Equally and stop competing with each other we will stop creating consequences that create health problems. Health will be the natural state, not something one must achieve and constantly strive to maintain. Thus, the 'expenses' involved when there are accidents such as broken legs, etc, will be very small in comparison to the costs of health care today.

So it will not be an issue of who will pay for medical care, because medical care would only be required for emergencies, which really do not require much from the perspective of resources. It does not cost much to treat a burn or a broken bone. What costs money, currently, are drugs designed to not even cure that which they purport to treat but in many cases to prolong an illness and manage it to an 'acceptable level.' And these drugs often have disastrous side-effects, causing new symptoms which create the need for new drugs and so forth. Resources would not be spent on creating new drugs but would instead go into studying how we have in fact created the majority of all disease on this planet through not considering ourselves as Equal to all that exists. In this way we will learn how to stop creating disease and illness and thus the focus will turn to emergency care.

How will the currently owned property be taken from the owners and redistributed?

And here also -- what will be the 'cap' of what is 'to much', how that will be calculated in the transition period?

Firstly, one must realize that no one actually 'owns' land and it is only through our collective agreement that we give some the right to control land usage. Thus in an Equal Money System, land will belong to everyone, however, practically, we as humans require our 'own' space, so to speak, to be able to place the things that we use on a daily basis, such as our clothing, toothbrush, computer, etc, and from that perspective, people will still have their own rooms and closets and things of that nature, however there will certainly not be any 'private land ownership' as has existed throughout history. Obviously throughout history, ownership of land has been used for some to have an unfair advantage over others who do not own land, and only then is it possible to, for example, charge someone rent to have a place to sleep, when all should have a place to sleep and eat and work simply by virtue of the fact that one is born on this planet.

That being said, the property that is currently in the hands of individuals will only be taken from them where it makes sense and is necessary. Practically it would make most sense to first and foremost focus on the things that are necessary for humans to have to be able to function effectively. Meaning if someone has a closet full of 50 winter coats and there are 49 people who don't even have 1 winter coat, and they live in a cold climate - wouldn't it make sense to redistribute the coats to those without?

I foresee that for the most part this won't be necessary as we are already able to produce far more than what is needed by all the humans on Earth - the main problem is not one of having enough, but rather an unfair distribution system that says one can only have if one has enough money, and yet each one does not have equal access to money or to the opportunities to have money.

What we will most likely need to focus on in terms of property redistribution would be the resources and land owned by the corporations and few individuals who control them. These will have to be taken out of private ownership and redirected towards the best benefit of all. The only reason why a corporation or individual should own an otherwise freely available resource is to be able to restrict its use and to profit from exclusive ownership. Obviously resources should not be 'open' from the perspective that all have immediate access to abuse them (see the Tragedy of the Commons), however they should be managed by a system which has what is Best for All as its directive principle.

There is also the point of people owning things that are dangerous or simply unnecessary/abusive. For example, it is unnecessary for someone to own a pet tiger. Tiger's have a 'natural' habitat in the wild and do not live effectively when placed in a cage in someone's backyard. Other examples are things such as firearms or other weapons. These are not needed except to protect oneself, but what is one protecting oneself from when all have a job, all have the things that they require to live, and the system which we all participate in guarantees that we do not have to fear for our own survival? It is obvious that most crime is at the root caused by an unfair economic system (simply read Thomas Moore's Utopia to see how far back this was realized.) Thus there is no need to have weapons in a system where there is no financial motivation for crime.

Obviously there will be a transition period where people will not yet trust each other but if the system is designed effectively to make money itself impossible to steal and accumulate, then there will be very little crime based on the desire for money itself. We will still have a period of sorting out those who have mental and psychological conditions that predispose them to violence, but that will become easier to handle when we are all no longer focused simply on our day to day survival as it is now.

The second question dealing with how we will decide what the 'cap' on property ownership is and how we will decide what is 'too much' for each one. That should not be that difficult. It is rather simple actually. I require 1 computer - 2 is unnecessary unless I can show that it is in fact a necessity for a specific task or job that I am doing that benefits everyone. We can calculate for example how long a coat lasts and whether mathematically one should have 2 coats and wear them on alternating days or whether it is simply better to replace them one after the other. These are relatively simply problems mathematically speaking and in fact this type of research already exists for many types of products. Again the problem currently is that the research is only used to increase the profits of companies by driving down costs. In an Equal Money System this type of research will be done in order to find out the most effective way to distribute resources to make living more effective and easier for everyone. If one really look at the amount of waste that happens in our current system it is clear that when the starting point is to see how we can make EVERYTHING more effective from an integrated point of view, in support of what is Best for EVERYONE then there will be much less waste and there will obviously be no competition, thus research will be done openly and the feedback that this will allow for will accelerate the process tremendously.

"In Time" for an Equal Money System

Yesterday, I saw the new movie "In Time" at the theatre. After seeing the movie, I heard several different reviewers discussing the symbolism in the movie, so we're going to discuss here how this movie reflects reality and how it demonstrates the need for a new economic system that supports everyone equally and effectively.

If you haven't seen the movie, here's a basic overview. Spoiler Alert.

The plot centers around a young man (Justin Timberlake) who is living in a distopian world where all people have been genetically modified to only grow to the age of 25, after which they only have one year of time left to live until their body .

In this world, time is money, and in order to pay for food, rent, electricity, you have to pay with the days of your life that you have left. Each person has a "watch" implanted in their arm which counts down the number of days they have left before their time is up - and in order to get more days, they have to work to get days/hours/minutes added to their time bank account.

A key theme in the movie is that the United States is split up into "Time Zones" - where people live in according to how much "time" they were born into. In Timberlake's zone, people are dirt poor, living day-to-day, paying ridiculously high living costs, working in factories doing menial tasks to get enough time to live the rest of the day - but many of them don't make it - and their bodies shut down when their clocks run out.

In the other time zones, people are "Millionears" - they have millions of years on their clock, live in lavish houses, drive fancy cars, and can buy whatever they want. These "rich" people own banks and businesses that deliberately raise the taxes and prices of products to keep the poor people struggling to get more time.

Obviously this movie is an analogy of the capitalistic system that we are currently living in. In our system, the majority of people are living day-to-day, unsure if they will have enough money to pay for the basic necessities of life - which, if they don't have them, they will DIE. Then there are a small percentage of people who are born into money, who never struggle to survive and to whom spending money is like shedding skin cells.

There were several lines in the movie that really stuck out for me - one where the poor boy asks the rich girl,

"How can you live with yourself

watching people die right next to you"

and she replies "You don't watch, you close your eyes" - this is the exact attitude that many people take when they justify our current economic system - they deliberately close their eyes to the abuse that capitalism promotes. In reality, over HALF of the world's population - +4 billion people - are struggling on less than $2 per day, barely able to pay for food and clean water - even having to sell off their children into slavery and prostitution to pay for their other children to eat. This is unacceptable - and yet we all participate in this system - so we have to consider how we as human beings can change this system to one that makes sure no one can shut their eyes and abdicate responsibility for Life Here.

The coolest scene from the entire movie is the scene where the protagonist has broken into the businessman's office to steal a time account that contains one million years. The businessman says that the poor people will never stand up to the system because they all desire to be wealthy - even though the probability of that happening is close to nil. This so reflects the mentality of the average American citizen, preprogrammed and brainwashed by the "Pull yourself up by your bootstraps" belief system - where we believe that we still have a chance to be uber-wealthy by some strike of Luck - reinforced by the stories of movie stars and lottery winners - those fairy tales we tell ourselves at night of the few who "came from nothing to something" so we can justify going to our job the next morning.

**Out of the 6.8 Billion people who live in this world, 24 million of them are considered millionaires. That's a 0.035% that you're a millionaire, or you'll ever become one. And if you don't have a proper education or a wide skill set, the only way you'll become a millionaire is if you win the lottery - About one out of every three people in the United States think that winning the lottery is the only way to become financially secure in their life. However, the likelihood of winning the lottery is about 18 million to one - with only about 247 winners per year in the entire US. If you live to 70 and you play every lottery, you have a .0004% chance of winning in your lifetime - you're 20 times more likely to die from getting hit by lightning.

All in all, the businessman says it as it actually is in Capitalism:

"For One to live forever, Many must die"

- the system is supported by people believing they have a chance to succeed and make a lot of money in this world - when in reality the odds are stacked in favor of keeping the rich rich so they can keep Capitalism running as is. And watching this scene, we have the opportunity to consider the implications of holding on to the Bootstrap Mentality = None of us will care about each other, because we all expect each individual to take care of themselves and only themselves. Which is how we turn blind eyes to the 48 million people who are in poverty in our own country, in our own Backyards.

Now, the movie didn't provide a solution for the Time-Valued system. All the "heroes" did was rob a bunch of banks to try and "fight the system" - common for a big time movie though, just providing a point for people to blame the "rich" or the people they perceive to be in control - fuel for the Occupy protesters to justify their non-movement. I heard a reporter on NPR say that this movie was a symbol for how we should "live in the moment" and "be grateful for the time we have" - which may be the intended purpose of the film - but let's not let some light and love bullshit hide the transparency that is how a Capitalistic system is inherently abusive and is Devaluing Life in every moment that we participate in it.

This time, you have the opportunity to take a Stand - to do something that actually matters - that will assist each human being on this Earth to be supported and not have to Sell out their lives for Money. Will Halloween Exist in an Equal Money System?

Halloween is considered to be a fun and enjoyable holiday that is a little harmless fun for children and is a part of the American tradition. However, very few people consider what it actually takes (from the Earth) to have one night of fun.

Each year during Halloween, pumpkins are sold across the US as ornaments to sit in front of American's homes. These pumpkins last about 2 weeks, and are then thrown into the trash once Halloween is over.

Approximately 790 million pounds of pumpkins are grown and sold each year for this tradition - an $84 million dollar agricultural industry which provides ZERO food for anyone - and has the sole purpose of making people "feel good" during a holiday.

Each year $2.5 billion on Halloween costumes - the majority of these costumes are made in China where factory workers get paid on average $0.64 per hour.

With about 30 costumes made per hour, workers get less than 2 cents for one costume - when they are sold in stores at $15-$40 each.

These costumes usually last ONE NIGHT - since they are poor quality, most people decide to buy a brand new costume each year (also since it has become tradition to have the latest craze in costumes each year).

And, each year, Americans spend $2 billion on Halloween Candy.

(This includes 35 million pounds of candy corn - which is made purely of processed sugars and corn syrup.)

75% of Americans participate in the "Candy" part of Halloween, either by distributing it at their doors, or walking around with their children door to door to 'harvest' the candy. A common tradition is for children to try to fill up an entire pillowcase full of candy by the end of the night. The average American consumes 1.24 pounds of candy on Halloween. **and the Average American household spends $44 on halloween candy just for the single night**

Rotting pumpkins, abuse of cheap labor, sugar-high children... what exactly are we supporting here?!

There is NOTHING about the Halloween that we celebrate that is practical or considerate of what is Best for All. It is a complete waste of time, money, and Life.

In an Equal Money System, there will be no need for Halloween as a single night of fun and trivial expression - every moment will be spent in complete self-expression and actual FUN - in that all people are enjoying themselves together in LIFE.

How do we Transition to an Equal Money System?

There are many ways that we, as human beings, can transition to an Equal Money System, but in any case there are several common sense practical points that must be considered before and as we transition to this system that Values Life.

Structure of Equal Money
Throughout these points, we shall consider the Equal Money System to be a system that uses digital credits rather than physical currency - and this is so that all credits can be accounted for in each and every moment - and to remove all corruption that takes place through currency exchange rates. This also removes any black market or forged currency markets, as any unusual influx of credits into a single person's account would be obvious and automatically corrected by the system.

Building Equal Money into a Digitized System
Therefore, before the Equal Money System is put in place, we will require a team of programmers who can build this digital system, with all the checks and balances that ensure that each person receives their monthly deposit on time and in the proper amount.
Each programmer's activities must be monitored and checked by another group of programmers so that the integrity of the system is maintained. Each step of the program will be documented so that all people can see exactly what steps were taken to build the system.
*We already have the technology to do this within our banking system and social networking systems- however we must build this new Equal Money System on the Principle that "What is best for all is best for each" so that no one person has an advantage over another. *

Creating the Physical Support for an Equal Money System
In an Equal Money System, the basics of survival must be made available to every human being (and animal) - therefore before and during the Equal Money System, we can have teams of surveyors - for example one that investigates the housing in a particular area - to make sure that housing is adequate shelter for people to live in. This will be done with all of the physical components of survival for each person and animal.

Educating All on the Basics of an Equal Money System
In order for the Equal Money System to be effectively implemented, the majority of people must understand the basics of the System and through a democratic vote, decide to implement it in their respective countries. Therefore, we will expand the campaign to educate mankind on the Equal Money System and how it will support all Life on Earth.
At the most basic and fundamental level, Equal Money supports each person with enough digital credits to afford for the basics of survival. These would obviously include housing, water, food, clothing, education, and healthcare. These basics of survival are vital and absolute Human Rights, and the education campaign will support everyone (no matter what their current education level) to understand this.

Supporting Countries/Communities/Governments to Vote for Equal Money
In our current system, countries and communities are separated by physical, cultural, and religious boundaries. Around the world, we've all accepted this separation, which has the obvious consequence of war and frustration "between countries" and "between communities". The Principles that build the foundation for the Equal Money System must be translated and considered for the needs of the people in each country. This will allow for the people in each country to see how the Equal Money System can support them and how they can implement it, so that the majority can vote for the system to be put in place. The more countries that implement the Equal Money System, the more effective the entire global system will be - and the more people who are supporting each other in Equality.

Changing the Starting Point of Industry
The operations of the industries that produce the basic necessities (Housing, water, food, etc...) will completely change - as they will not be able to base their operations on profit and must instead produce products based on What is Best for All.
The most effectively way to get these companies to participate in the Equal Money System would be to educate them on the Principle of Best for All - so that they can see that when they provide the basics of survival to each person equally, then they will be equally supported by the people to make higher quality products. Also, these companies will be encouraged to participate as the majority of the people show that they will vote for the Equal Money System.

Initially, there will be people who refuse to participate in the Equal Money System, due their preprogrammed belief that Capitalism is superior and that competition is necessary. However, once the Equal Money System is in place, and people are shown the practical common sense of making sure all aspects of Life are supported on Earth - in action, they will let go of their beliefs and fears and join their fellow Human Beings in the Equal Money System.

Is Education Compulsory in an Equal Money System?

In answering this question, we must be specific that we do not assume any emotional charge connected with the word 'compulsory' and that we do not therefore make the mistake of taking what we know of our experience within education in the current system and project that onto an Equal Money System.

So, firstly, compulsory must be taken to mean necessary as opposed to 'forced' in the way that children are 'forced' to go to school and 'forced' to pay attention and 'forced to memorize facts', etc. This kind of forcing is akin to violence, and in some cases actually becomes physically violent when children are spanked/hit in the Principal's or Headmaster's office for not behaving in accordance with school standards. In other cases, children who do not pay attention are placed on medications, usually stimulants, in an effort to force the child's mind into an attentive and focused state.

Why children are not paying attention could be the topic for an entire article in itself, so for now, we will leave that question aside, however, suffice it to say that the current approach to education and the contents of education are obviously a contributing factor.

But the question here is whether education will be compulsory, or in our terms, necessary, in an Equal Money System. And the answer is a definite 'yes'. See, it is through education that we, as human beings, learn how to navigate the world around us. Perhaps most significantly, it is how we learn to become effective in supporting ourselves to exist by learning skills that we can then apply to earn an income for ourselves. In an Equal Money System, it will be necessary that children learn the basic skills required to live effectively in the system. This is similar in a way to what is done now, however in the current system, because it is based on competition, the education system only benefits a few to become dominant and thus more competitive, with the majority becoming worker slaves with very little understanding of the system as a whole. In the end this hurts everyone because we have billions of people who lack even basic reading skills to be effective in the most basic jobs that are necessary to keep our consumer driven society functional.

Obviously in an Equal Money System, the focus will not be on consumption as a way of Life, because by eliminating the profit motive, and thus competition, it will no longer be necessary to convince the masses to consume more and more so that those who benefit are able to continue to increase their profits.

And in essence that is the basic point of the current education system, to produce a human being that is good at one thing: consumption; whether of food, physical products, or information. In an Equal Money System, the purpose of Education will be to assist and support the Human Being to be an effective participant in Reality with practical skills that support oneself and that support the maintenance of a system that is Best for All. We will not go into those necessary skills here, because that is a topic for another article, however the point is this: in an Equal Money System it is obviously to the best benefit of all that each one is educated effectively on how to Live in the system and how to be an integral and Equal participant.

The fear that some have when looking at the words 'compulsory education' is that they have associated the phrase with their experience of education within the current system, which is, as we discussed, not in the Best Interest of All, but designed specifically to maintain the status quo of the few Elite who control the resources of the planet to remain in their position of influence and status. This allows them to continue to make more and more profits for themselves at the expense of everyone and everything else on the planet. So, the key to letting go of the energy associated with the words 'compulsory education' is to understand why one has been educated in the way one has and to realize that when Humanity's starting point is changed to actually support each one Equally, then not only will it be necessary to educate each one of us, but that one would most likely be grateful to receive such an education. The obvious outflow is that one will be able to contribute and participate as an Equal and thus have self-confidence, self-worth, and self-appreciation and not have to feel inferior to anyone else or feel the need to deceive just to get the basic things one needs to survive (as so many have to do within the current system).

And imagine, when people are educated effectively, those who teach others will be effective as well. And if each is Equal in their understanding of the system, and one does not have to worry about survival, then those who decide to teach the children of each new generation will obviously be the ones who have not only developed the specific skills to do so but who actually like to teach. There are many teachers in the current system who teach not because they actually want to do so, but because it is one of the few, if not only, options available to them to earn enough money to survive. And when survival is the underlying motive, then one is not typically not effective at what one is doing. One requires a bit of 'freedom' so to speak to not have to focus on the side-effect of one's effort (money) but to rather focus on the actual thing one is engaged in, in this case, teaching children. When teachers teach to survive, then competition becomes the underlying factor that guides decision making, and then people do things that are not in their and everyone's best interest. Yes, education will be necessary for all in the Equal Money System, and it will be done in a way that each will develop the skills necessary to participate fully in the system and to live and express themselves Here in Reality as Equals with Dignity.

Isn't the Equal Money System Fascist?

To answer this question, we must first decide what is meant by the term "fascist."

For example, there is the historical use of the term, typically used to describe the government and society of 1930's and 40's Italy and Germany (with their leaders Adolph Hitler and Benito Mussolini). However the word can also be used more generally to describe something that oppresses people and deprives them of their basic dignities.

Wikipedia describes fascism as a platform for rejuvenating a nation based on the idea of a nation as an 'organic entity' bound together through 'ancestry, culture, and blood.' Furthermore, Fascists believe in strong leadership, collective identity, and the use of violence and force to maintain strength. Fascists see conflict as a necessary part of human progress, and espouse military service as the foremost way to promote a sense of unity between citizens.

Others define Fascism more generally to include the use of money, resources, education, and violence by the rich and elite to assert control over those in the lower classes.

Whether we define Fascism in the more specific or the more general sense of the term, we can establish clearly that the Equal Money System is not Fascist.

Firstly, the starting point of the Fascist is to assert their Nation, corporation, society, or exclusive member class above all else. This allows the Fascist to dominate and control all those who are deemed less than or unworthy to be a member of the ruling class or who happen to find themselves within another class/group due to their birth.

In an Equal Money System, the starting point is to support ALL LIFE Equally. The common sense being that All Life IS equal and thus to try and assert one group over another stems from a belief in lack or a fear of not having control over one's Life. Doing so only creates conflict and thus the reality of having to compete to feel safe. Thus the reason one would form a special group, such as a Nation in the context of the current system, is due to the belief that unless one does so, one will not be able to survive. One of the main benefits of the Equal Money System, from a structural perspective, is that it eliminates the need to focus on survival, by eliminating competition as a way to secure the things one needs to exist in Reality. It does this by systematically providing each one with the things necessary to live with Dignity (shelter, clothing, food, work, resources, and the education to use all of these things to the best benefit of all).

Fear of survival is an outflow of not trusting that one will be taken care of and that one's needs will be met and is inevitable when one realize how our current system operates and instead of changing the system one instead decides to compete. This is reinforced by the acceptance of the belief by the Fascist that conflict is a necessary part of human progress, though what human progress actually means is hard to say. Human progress seems to mean the continual growth of the human as the dominant species on the planet and the drive within each to promulgate their genetic line to be the singular dominant line. For some this belief may provide a sense of purpose and security in the feeling that one will continue on after death, but it does little to improve the lives of each one WHILE HERE ON EARTH.

Thus it is a backwards form of logic to say that one is here on Earth to compete for survival to be able to procreate to create a legacy that lasts even when one leaves the Earth through death. It is backwards because it defines all that we actually are aware of in fact, Life Here on Earth, in terms of some other thing of which is not physically Here (beliefs, feelings, hopes, etc). And it is this type of logic that drives the Fascist ideologue to place faith in the "Nation" which is in fact an abstract concept and ignores the physical reality of each one participating Here.

The Equal Money System is in line with the Common Sense that what is relevant is that which exists Here Physically. Thus the physical reality and one's physical experience while Here is the focus, and any system of belief that places focus outside of the Physical reality to the detriment of what is Here is not in line with an Equal Money System or Common Sense. The Equal Money System is designed to make Life on Earth work effectively so that there is no need to compete, to survive, and thus to dominate one another. The Equal Money System works on the realization that all Life is Equal and thus one does not need to create belief systems about one's genetic line, ancestry or social class to justify why one deserves to or ought to dominate another. Thus Fascism has no place within an Equal Money System as it is in fact non-supportive of Life and non-sustainable as a solution to the Effective Living of all who participate in the Reality of Earth.

Hunting for Sport will End in an Equal Money System

"If it Flies, it Dies!"

"If it Hops, it Drops!"

"If it's Brown, it's going Down!"

Yesterday, as I was walking through the parking lot at my university, I saw a giant shiny new pick-up truck, covered in the decals of birds and decapitated deer, along with the phrases "if it Flies, it Dies!" "if it's Brown, it goes Down!". I see a lot of this across Texas. It's a southern tradition for men to go out into the woods on the weekend, drink a bunch of beer, piss in a bucket, and shoot stuff. And here in Texas, this is called a "Sport".

Hunters - men who are dedicated to reliving what they believe to be the "historical role" of mankind - killing stuff to put food on the table - except nowadays half of the meat ends up on the wall as a body-less ornament. My uncle is an avid deer-killer. We visited every Christmas, and my aunt would hang lights and pine wreaths around the necks of their decapitated "dear" victims hanging all around their home. One of them was a young moose, whom they named Gus, who always wore a pair of ear-muffs, so my uncle could make the joke "he didn't hear me coming".

My uncle had his own "deer-lease", a plot of land that he fenced in and filled with deer, which he would then go out with his friends on the weekend and kill. One time, he took out a book and showed me all of the pictures of the deer that were on his land - he had given them all names, and yet within a few months, many of them would be dead - replaced with a new crop. This is not considered strange, in fact it is a huge industry in the United States. Each year 12.5 million Americans go out on hunting trips, killing over 200 million animals. Approximately 1,000 people are injured each year from hunting accidents and at least 100 die from fatal wounds.

Hunters in America spend $22.9 Billion dollars each year on hunting supplies and trips.

There are plenty of excuses as to why hunting should be allowed, mainly the idea that the animal populations will overpopulate towns and cities, destroying farmers crops and fencing. However, isn't this quite hypocritical, that Humans are deciding who gets to Live and who Dies - all the while making an entertaining sport out of the judgment.

If we look at the Common Sense, as what is Best for All, we can see that Hunting is deliberate abuse of animals - that Human Beings are holding on to what they believe to be their Human Right - the right to own guns and shoot animals - without any consideration for the animals themselves. Animals are not Here for Human Sport. They are not ornaments that we can slaughter and take pictures of ourselves with and then decapitate them and hang them up on the wall.

Hunting for Sport will be outlawed in an Equal Money System - because it is a capitalistic industry that benefits NO ONE - and only supports the male ego to be violent and careless towards all Life in this World.

The Bastardization of FREEDOM as the Key to Capitalism

An advert for a credit card says, "The new Platinum Card identifies you as someone who appreciates Financial Freedom."

But what does 'Financial Freedom' mean and has it anything to do with REAL Freedom or is it simply an attempt by a profit driven institution to manipulate the psychology of the human being?

Freedom is one of those words, like 'Love' which entices the human to make decisions which are not Best for All but only serve to enhance the consumer experience. Financial Freedom in this context seems to imply that one can have anything they want and be 'Free' to experience an endless flow of money and credit to purchase and consume anything that catches one's attention. Of course, things are never as they seem.

What it really means is that one has the 'freedom' to become further enslaved to debt and to further increase the profits of the company to whom one becomes indebted. Here, 'Freedom' is the 'reward' for going along with the system and not questioning how we live and act as humans. It is the 'reward' for being a good little robot, this is indicated by the many 'rewards programs' that credit card companies offer. Promises of 'cash back' on 'select purchases' computes as 'free money' to the consuming organic robot, who moves from promise to promise looking for the 'promised land' of 'financial freedom' where the next big sale means even more goodies and more toys.

Meanwhile half the world starves on pennies a day, where each moment is occupied by the pangs of hunger and the pain of disease, living off the crumbs of a system that doesn't care for anyone within it, and only rewards those who feed it a constant supply of energy in the form of work.

Is this freedom? Working day in and day out, just to get money to buy the products of someone else's labor? Does this system really benefit anyone, except the 1% of those who are at the top of the pyramid?

REAL FREEDOM would be simply breathing Here moving within reality without the need to constantly produce and consume, but rather just BEING HERE with EACH OTHER, not seeing each other as either obstacles or opportunities on the way to making another dollar.

Only a system that provides for each one equally would give that REAL FREEDOM because the moment another has more than what they need and even one person goes without, then there will be conflict and and a system of competition will flow from that.

Of course as long as we are all entertained and accept out little place in the system, we believe that we will never be on the short end of the stick, but that day for each of us is closer than we would like to believe. All it takes is to look self-honestly at how each of us live and our relationship to this world that we 'occupy'. Why are we here?

Are we HERE just to consume and convert every square inch of reality into something to be bought in a store?

Is this just the way things are or is it our acceptance of the system that allows it to be so?

Wouldn't things be different if we would accept this simple point and agree to a new system where we ensure that each has Equal Support thus ensuring that we have Equal Support?

Anonymous Vendetta Fantasy: Wallstreet Protests

Over the past two weeks, downtown Manhattan - the Wallstreet district has been occupied by protesters.

The apparent motivation behind these protests is financial inequality - reflected by the chanting of the protesters who call themselves the "99%" - in that 1% of the worlds population holds the majority of the wealth (the bankers, stock market investors, elite, etc...) while the other 99% are struggling to pay rent, working dead-end jobs, and unable to make sure their children are properly cared for.

The protesters claim that they will occupy Wallstreet for months, until their "demands" have been met.

Then Anonymous got involved...

The hacker group Anonymous made an announcement that they would attend the protests wearing Guy Fox masks from the V for Vendetta movie - and in doing so, broke a US law that states that protesters cannot wear masks during a protest. This sparked a rift between protesters and police, and over 80 arrests were made.

If we look back at the timeline of the US, for example, we can see that there have been thousands of protests over inequality - and yet nothing has really changed - in fact there is exponentially more inequality as our population grows. And ultimately there is no practicality in street protests - firstly because they have no actual impact and we all tend to forget they happened within a few months - secondly because they actually aren't "peaceful" in that they block traffic and keep people from being able to go to their jobs and provoke response from police officers who are just trying to work their jobs.

In fact, what these protesters are doing is creating for themselves the picture presentation of V for Vendetta, where they become the violated peoples who must violently terrorize their offenders in order to revolutionize the world. But again in fact - this is just a story that they can tell to others that has no real or actual impact.

The question remains - do the protesters actually know what the implications are of what they are demanding?

Because our entire system of capitalism supports this inequality in the world - and Equality can only come through a System that Values everyone Equally. This is what the Equal Money System addresses. None of the abuses that we allow in this current system will remain - because no one would be a porn star in an equal money system - no one would make our Nike shoes and get paid only 10 cents an hour - our entire world will change completely into one that supports ALL Life here equally.

None of this will come through protesting. We must stand together and change the LAWS so that each person who is born into this world has Legal support to walk throughout Life. Our entire value system has to change from one that values money above all into one that ONLY VALUES LIFE.

Winning and Losing in a Fixed Game

I was talking to a friend of mine today about the concept of winning and losing in our world.

He was making the point that he likes winning, that it feels good, and that winning and losing is something that brings integrity to people - because when you win you feel good and you achieve your goal - when you lose you learn from your failure and figure out how to become a winner.

This is the common mentality of people who live in America - who are used to getting a bit of mediocre success based on the American Philosophy that everyone has a chance from birth to "pull themselves up by their bootstraps" - although many of them do not actual realize success in terms of actions in their lifetime. I've seen this so many times, even more so when I speak to people who come from lower income areas and backgrounds - they complain about their shitty jobs and how the government is trying to take all their money away, but when I suggest a system that would give everyone equal support - then they immediately quote the American Dream "you are the sole person responsible for your own success in life, new age bullshit".

When I mentioned the big companies like Walmart and Apple that are deliberately abusing people in foreign countries to keep their prices low - my friend said "ah yes, but it is the responsibility of the winner to care about the other people in the game"

Now it is obvious to me that if we look at the reality of how this world works - the people who are REAL winners in this world in terms of our economic and cultural game are those who can make the most amount of money as long as possible - which has no stipulation for "what is best for all" and is only valued in terms of Dollar Points. However, many people still believe this dream that Winners care about the good of Life in general.

What was fascinating about this discussion was the realization that when most people don't think of the economic system when they think of "winning/losing" -- they think of a sports game or a race in their minds. And the excuse is "what's the harm in a game where you learn the importance of hard work and athletic persistence?" - I mean football and soccer don't actually harm anyone in themselves do they?

A couple of hours later - I came across a story on CNN (seemingly insignificant) about a young high school student who was running a cross country race in Minneapolis and came across a rival runner from another high school who had fallen and was bleeding profusely from his foot. This first student picked the other boy up and ran with him back to the start of the race so that he could get medical attention - then the student turned around and ran the rest of the race -- although he did not WIN. The news casters and kids talking in this story were shocked that the student sacrificed losing this important race to help a rival -- BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE WOULD HAVE JUST PASSED HIM BY so that they could win the race and not sacrifice their opportunities for money and fame.

Stories like this are on the front page of CNN because they perpetuate the delusion that real winners are those who care about their fellow man - however IF you care about your fellow man, you will NOT actually WIN in this economic system -- YOU WILL LOSE - just like this student did.

What we are failing to see in all of this is that when we allow ourselves to place value in WINNING - we inevitably create LOSERS. For example -- there is a very small group of people who are multi billionaires in this world - and those people ALWAYS WIN in our current system where money is the key to free choice. The consequence of maintaining this winning streak is that over 4 BILLION PEOPLE ALWAYS LOSE - in that they - throughout their lifetime - only scrape up enough money to sustain basic survival (if even that).

Let's get REAL - if you're reading this - it is likely you will NEVER be a billionaire and neither will anyone you know or have ever met. So don't allow yourself to be deluded by this idea that is perpetuated that you have an opportunity to WIN in this world.

Instead of holding on to this archaic way of thinking - let's consider how we can support each person in this world so that no one has to ever lose!

And YES -- that means that no one will get to win either.

But then again, remember...
no child will have to go hungry tonight
no one will ever be limited due to their place/situation of birth
and you will have actual freedom of choice that everyone supports and your choice will support everyone!!

This makes COMMON SENSE at the most basic level - doesn't it?

Can Michael Vick be trusted with Millions of Dollars?

It was reported in the media this past week that Michael Vick, the star football player who was imprisoned for his role in promoting illegal dog fighting, has been offered a new contract to once again play professional football. The contract is estimated to be worth $40 million (US).

Isn't it fascinating that due to our allowance of the current money system, driven by the desire for profit at all costs, that Vick, who has proven that he cannot be trusted with money and power, would be once again given the very things that allowed him to abuse so many beings for the sake of excitement and money. Perhaps it would be different if Vick had proven, mathematically beyond doubt, that he could now be trusted, but that was not actually taken into consideration by those who offered him this multi-million dollar contract, was it?

Why? Because professional sports is a business, and it is allowed to therefore put profit above common sense. To the CEO of a major sports team, it is irrelevant what Michael Vick has done to hundreds of innocent animals, the fact that he can make tens or hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for the team is all that matters.

What a disgrace, this system that we so blindly accept, where money is God and the only morality is to win at all costs.

This is but one small example of the compromises that occur daily where profit is put above Life and beings suffer by the billions so that a small few can have 'exciting experiences'. What a disgrace.

Why Education will not Change the World

There are many groups out there which propose that through education, we can change the world. They argue that by educating the human being about how the world operates, then we will all come to an agreement to live in harmony. The difficulty with this point of view is that it does not take into consideration the system in its current state to the extent of examining why people are not already educated to see the system as it is.

Why, for example, is not every child who goes through the various education systems of the world able to stand completely stable and consider what is Best for All in each moment? It is most certainly due to the fact that the education systems of this world are not designed to produce such a human being. They are designed to produce human beings who are, for the most part, blind to the reality of this world and even to their own inner self.

It seems deliberate that the education system does not start by giving the student tools to examine themselves and to better understand their own nature. Instead the school systems spend more time forcing children to memorize facts and figures that are only loosely related and do not support the child in their practical everyday living. Instead the schools promise that if the student simply does what they are told, learns their lessons, and goes to college that they will be okay. And even that promise is exposed by the reports of college graduates who can't find work.

And, practically speaking, how can a school prepare a student for a job that doesn't yet exist?

That question, though, shows the real starting point of education, doesn't it? Not to produce a better more effective human being that respects and supports all other beings to live as equals, but rather to produce a being that is in essence a robot, programmed to produce and consume. It seems that no matter where I look, the profit motive is always at the bottom of every system. The education system is no different.

A recent report by NPR exposed the cheating scandals coming to light in Georgia and New York. Ironically, it was not the students who were caught cheating, but rather the teachers and administrators. See, because of the federal 'No Child Left Behind' program which dictates that schools must have 100% of their students effective in reading and math skills or potentially be shut down, teachers and administrators have felt pressure to make sure that the results of the standardized tests that public schools are required to give are up to certain...well...standards.

So, now, the tests which were meant to reflect the student's proficiency levels in certain academic skills now only reflect the administrators' abilities to game the system.

When you look at it simplistically, the administrators are judged according to the teachers' performance. The teachers are judged according to the students' performance, and the teachers and schools are not designed to make the students effective so the school administrators and teachers end up finding the most effective way to play the game - which is to cheat.

There is no point in judging the school officials or teachers. They are just doing their jobs. Yes, their jobs are to make sure that their schools reflect that the student's scores on certain tests reflect certain standards of achievement.

Its really no different than say going into a McDonald's and getting mad that the food is not real food, full of chemicals, and designed to make you fat and addicted. Because the goal of a fast food company, like McDonald's is not to provide you with real food that supports your digestion and effectiveness as a human. McDonald's goal is to make more profits. Just like the school teachers and administrators. Just like every human being on this planet. One could say that our collective goal, currently, is to profit off of the resources the Earth provides and to profit more and more and more every second, every moment.

No one stops to ask why this is our goal - do they?

Turn on the news and you will hear a reporter saying that the economy didn't grow very much today and the President is disappointed and the public is disappointed - but that only reflects that we believe that our whole purpose on this Planet is to grow and grow and grow.

But what is the point? Is it that we believe that the bigger we get, the more we can eat?

The solution to this problem is not education, per se. Because even in the simple example I've given with the school cheating scandals, its obvious that those involved in education are not really interested in EDUCATION. They are only interested in their own survival and ability to make money. Just like everyone else.

See, until that starting point changes, nothing will.

Until our starting point is not one of competition, but rather giving, making sure each has enough, and a sense of self that is expansive - not exclusive - until that changes, nothing will change.

One of the basic principles of an Equal Money System, is that no one will have to compete and fight for the basics required to live. No one will have to make decisions because they are afraid that if they do the 'right thing' they will be without food to eat. And that happens a lot in this world. People use the threat of death and suffering in order to keep others in an inferior position. That is so obvious, it doesn't even require an example.

Investigate the Equal Money System. It is a complete contextual change of our reality and our starting point within reality and towards each other. It won't happen if no one participates in bringing it about and that will take real effort and it begins with each one of us who sees the common sense of this solution.

Hurricane Destruction Good News for Shareholders

On my way to school today, I heard a news report on NPR talking about Tropical Storm Lee which is developing into a powerful storm in the Gulf of Mexico, and which will most likely hit Louisiana this weekend. The reporter invited several researchers and politicians to come on and advise the people who are living in the southern states to hold back on their Labor day festivities and prepare for a very bad storm.

Two days earlier, my mother told me about a friend of hers who works part time for State Farm Insurance. In the aftermath of Hurricane Irene which hit the coastal areas of the Northeastern states, this woman was offered a temporary position assisting policyholders with their damage claims due to flooding and high winds. This woman told my mother that she was excited and was definitely going to pack up and fly out to the affected area the next day - because she estimated that she could earn $125,000 in just 8 weeks of commissions as a claims adjuster.

Atleast 25 people died during Irene, and yet someone will always profit off of disaster and death.

The insurance companies don't even bat an eye during one of these storms - even when they have to pay out billions of dollars - since each company makes on average over 45 million dollars in NET profit each year. In fact, many insurance companies totally support the fear mongering that inevitably comes in hand with the Hurricane season here in the South - because most homeowners buy extra insurance policies just before a storm is predicted to hit their area.

What most homeowners don't realize is that often the fine print of their policies don't cover all of the damages that a Hurricane brings - in fact if your home is flooded during a hurricane, your hurricane insurance WILL NOT cover any of the water damage. And, in order to afford the monthly payment for home insurance, most people have to accept an extremely high deductible -- meaning that if a storm does hit their house, they may have to pay around $25,000 out of pocket before the insurance company will pay anything. Insurance companies benefit from these storms, they benefit from the destruction of peoples lives - because if people's lives weren't destroyed then no one would believe in the LIE that is insurance.

In an Equal Money System, NO ONE would profit from another person's suffering and destruction. Insurance would not exist as a money making scheme that only feeds off the devastation of entire communities so that a small group of shareholders can live in multi million dollar mansions. In an Equal Money System - homes can be built considering the inevitability of storms in the areas - with quality construction products that will stand the test of time/storm. And if an area is deemed to be too dangerous to rebuild in, then the communities can decide together how to best support each other in another area. In an Equal Money System - practicality and the Quality of Life will always be considered as the priority in all decisions and actions.

'Natural Flavors' and other food labels are Deceptive Marketing

Next time you're in the grocery store and you pick up a box of cereal or a cup of yogurt, check the label for something called "natural flavors".

Here in America, a bill was passed and enacted by the FDA to begin listing ALL of the ingredients on packaged/prepared foods. However, there are a few exceptions to the rules:

How are spices, natural flavors or artificial flavors declared in ingredient lists?
Answer: These may be declared in ingredient lists by using either specific common or usual names or by using the declarations “spices,” “flavor” or “natural flavor,” or “artificial flavor.”
“INGREDIENTS: Apple Slices, Water, Cane Syrup, Corn Syrup, Modified Corn Starch, Spices, Salt, Natural Flavor and Artificial Flavor”

The FDA has allowed companies to bypass the ingredients list law by grouping together a broad range of different things under the name of "natural flavors".

Now, most people completely overlook the "natural flavors" on the ingredient list, and those who see it will most likely assume that "natural flavors" or "spices" simply consist of the long list of herbs that was too long to fit in the space on the packaging.

But, knowing that all profit-driven companies are extremely specific in their marketing, and knowing that they will deliberately put the desires of their shareholders above the health and welfare of actual human beings - these "natural flavors" become a fishy subject - especially when they are in nearly EVERY PRODUCT in your grocery store. Seriously, have a look for yourself.

So what are these natural flavors really?

So-called natural flavor is produced in laboratories to give flavor to processed foods that lose almost all flavor through the processes of freezing, dehydrating, and canning. It is made from infinitesimal amounts of chemicals, or more so a collection of gases.

Natural Flavor is concocted by scientists, naturally called “flavorists”. They are employed by the American flavor industry, which incidentally, has an annual revenue of approximately 1.4 billion dollars. Flavor is where it’s at. If you don’t like how a food tastes, you aren’t going to buy it again. On the other hand, if you love the taste, it will hook you in and keep you strung out until you get your fix again.

Here's the FDA's definition of "natural flavors":

“the essential oil, oleoresin, essence or extractive, protein hydrolysate, distillate, or any product of roasting, heating or enzymolysis, which contains the flavoring constituents derived from a spice, fruit or fruit juice, vegetable or vegetable juice, edible yeast, herb, bark, bud, root, leaf or similar plant material, meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, dairy products, or fermentation products thereof, whose significant function in food is flavoring rather than nutritional”

So why are these natural flavors in all of our packaged food?

When food is processed and packaged in mass amounts at a factory by a major food corporation, the food loses the majority of it's nutrients, flavor, and smell due to the complete disregard for the actual food (again, the people who work within a corporation are only interested in increasing their profit-shares). So in order to keep people from making/growing the food themselves, these corporations have utilized the tool of chemical alteration to make prepackaged food seem much more nutritious and delicious then it actually is.

When it was realized how powerful of a tool these "natural ingredients" really were, how they provided consumers with that extra incentive to BUY MORE - the corporations made it their top priority to get "natural flavors" in every item on the shelves!

Recently I went to a local Whole Foods (which is considered by many to be the best food available) and it was fascinating how even the majority of these so called "natural" foods were really just overly processed and injected with UNnatural Flavors - I mean what the hell does "natural" even mean anymore if it doesn't mean "what the food was made of when it came from the Earth". Our entire financial system has spawned a food industry that is spreading lies and misinformation under the guise of "natural" and "holistic".

I followed this up with a trip to the pet store and despite countless brands - traditional, holistic, organic, natural - there was not a single item that did not contain "natural flavors".

WTF people. We are responsible for this by continuing to support a corrupt money system that completely ignores and shits on the well-being of humans, animals, and all of LIFE. LOL - apparently not even GOD could get the food right -- we had to fix it up with some chemically induced "natural flavors".

Big Pharma Big Bucks movie review

I recently watched a fascinating and revealing documentary called “Big Pharma Big Bucks” which can be found here.

The documentary exposed the influence of marketing and money on the pharmaceutical drug industry and the way in which consumers’ and doctors’ perceptions are controlled through the efforts of the major drug companies.

Obviously I recommend that you watch the documentary for yourself, but for now here are some highlights.

Commercial advertising of prescription drugs:

The documentary showed how the drug companies use traditional TV advertising to promote their products to consumers. It’s fascinating, because I see these adverts on TV all the time, and yet I took them for granted. The lengths these companies go to in order to paint their drugs in a certain light is amazing. The typical drug commercial will show people who look slightly bothered by something, but otherwise ok. And the narrator gives symptoms that one might be experiencing, that in most cases will seem typical, yet the way the images and words are placed it supports the belief that these problems are abnormal and one should not have to live with the specific symptoms the commercial is referring to. For example, one shows a person giving a presentation at work, and then feeling like everyone is judging them. And then it shows them at a wedding and feeling like people are watching them. And the commercial refers to this as ‘social anxiety disorder.’ It then shows images of people who have presumably taken the medication and are having a great time. The commercials for viagra and other drugs that stimulate sexual arousal show men with beautiful, big-breasted women caressing each other in swimming pools, for example.
Obviously if you take these drugs, you will not have these experiences.

They also point out in the documentary, how when reading the list of possible adverse side-effects, the commercials will show completely incongruent images of people having fun or relaxing. See, the companies higher multi-million dollar marketing firms which know that 70% of communication is non-verbal and that only 7% is the actual words you hear. Meaning that when someone sees a picture and hears contradictory words, they are more likely to believe the image rather than the words.

Promoting to doctors:

The documentary also exposed the point that doctors are actually the main targets for drug companies to market. The companies spend the majority of their marketing funds taking doctors out to eat, playing golf with them, and giving them gifts. And they hide this by calling the gifts and activities “education” for the doctor. Though studies have shown that the amount of gifts given to doctors is in direct proportion to the amount of prescriptions that these doctors write for the drugs. The companies know what they are doing and would obviously only spend the money where they know they are going to get a return. And they spend nothing to actually ‘educate’ consumers about the drugs, instead the use commercials designed to evoke emotions and impulse the consumer to desire the images they see on the TV and believe that the drugs are the answer.

And the reason why this is done, is solely for drug companies to increase their profits by selling more and more medication. One doctor remarked that he experienced patients coming to him requesting drugs they had seen on TV without even knowing what they do. For example, women coming in asking for viagra, lol.

The film also pointed out that in America, reactions from taking prescription drugs that were prescribed inappropriately is the #5 cause of death.

Now, in an Equal Money system, can you imagine that this would simply not happen?

Why would an organization in an Equal Money system go to such great lengths to manipulate people into getting their product if there were no such thing as profits?

The film also pointed out that many times the doctors are not treated well by most people and the sales reps from the drug companies exploit this by treating the doctors very well and making them feel respected. Thus the doctors are more likely to prescribe the drugs being promoted because in sales the first rule is that people by from salespeople they like and the easiest way to get someone to like you is to make them feel good about themselves.

In an Equal Money system, why would the doctor feel unappreciated? Do they perhaps feel that way now, because they know, at least subconsciously, that they are deliberately harming people by prescribing drugs based on consumer advertising and not based on what is actually best for the patient.

Do they perhaps feel guilty deep down that they are paid thousands of times more than others who work just as hard? And do others not respect and appreciate them because they are secretly jealous that the doctor is paid more?

In an Equal Money system - each will take the role that suits them and that they would actually prefer to do. I mean, if you didn’t have to worry about surviving - at all - why would you choose to do something you didn’t want to do? If you knew that you were taken care of and did not have to worry about money for survival, would you do what you now do? Would you care what you were paid?

And one last question, if it were you or a loved one being operated on or prescribed medication for, would you want the doctor who is motivated by money, or the one who actually cares about what is best for the patient?

I highly recommend that you watch the film in its entirety as I have only hit on a few points mentioned in the film. The film covers many other points as well as going into more depth of explanation on the points I have just highlighted here.

Capitalism as an MLM - Must Lose Money system

If you ask google how many people lose money in MLM programs or network marketing programs,

you will find claims that are 'research based' indicating that over 90% of people who are participate in these programs will lose money.

These statistics are promoted out of fear by those who have been brainwashed to believe that there are certain types of companies in our system that are 'good' and 'legitimate' and that there are those that are 'bad' and 'scams'.

Obviously there is the question of legality, which I do not dispute, because the law, unless it is rewritten is simply that - the Law. Therefore even within the system there are ways to make money which are not 'acceptable' - such as stealing for example. Though, of course, stealing is only illegal from a very specific perspective - that of the individual who steals a specific amount of money or piece of property. The laws around stealing do not account for all the 'stealing' that occurs in this world.

What about when a parent tells their child that there is a Santa Claus who comes down their chimney to bring presents to the 'good children' simply to manipulate their child into behaving. And later when the child finds out that this was a lie - they lose all trust in their own ability to distinguish fantasy from reality, they do not know who to trust, and end up abdicating all self-trust and place all their faith into a system that is designed to keep them limited as a living being. Did the parent not steal that child's innocence? Is this not a con?

And when looking at Multi Level Marketing for example (not including illegal pyramid or ponzi schemes which have no product or service), how is it that there are those who, even though these companies operated legally and provide jobs and incomes for millions of people globally - they claim that these types of programs are 'scams' because 'over 90% of people lose money'.

What about 'normal companies'? What about the claims that (yielded by another google search), over 90% of Americans (some say 95%) die with less than $5000 in savings?

While some claim that a further 99% die without having fulfilled all of their dreams and desires.

This is obvious simply from looking around - how many people do you see 'living their dream' - the dream they had when they were a kid?

No one does - and when you really start to question your own dreams you will find that they are within the context of all the consumer products that you have been exposed to through media and advertising. The pictures you imagine in your head have all been placed there by some corporate executive or board who want to get rich off of you!

Is someone stealing our dreams as well?

To place the blame for people 'losing money' onto MLM's is ludicrous to say the least, as this is nothing more than scapegoating. Consider the person who cuts grass in peoples' lawns for a living - he exerts more physical energy for his job than most and yet makes 10's, hundreds, or even thousands of times less money than those who exert mere fractions of the physical energy that he does.

Are those who benefit off of his physical labor and not compensating him equivalently simply stealing his energy?

And there will be those who say that it is his choice to cut grass - but that is dishonest, because that would imply that given a choice without any influence, with all possibility in front of him, the person would still choose to cut grass. Obviously the job only exists within the context of the current system where people cultivate small plots of land in front of their house to look a certain specific way to fit the image/picture of what they believe to be a 'well-kept' lawn.

And this person would only choose this job because he does not have the education or skills or confidence from education to get a 'better', higher paying job. Thus do we use education as a weapon to keep some unable to move up in the system?

How is it that some sit in big luxurious offices, hundreds of feet in the air, looking down on everyone and everything else, in the comfort of air conditioning, getting paid millions just to make decisions - while others work, by the sweat of their brow, in many cases over 10 hours every single day, laboring physically, in the dirt of the Earth, and get paid just enough to survive to make it to the next day so that they can live just for one more day.

This reminds me of the bible stories I used to watch as a child on TV - the one with all the slaves building the pyramid for the pharaoh.

The system we accept and participate in - the Capitalist system - is a Pyramid Scheme - there is no real product - it is all based on a lie - money is created out of debt - and for the vast majority of humans and all animals and plants - the system is a losing proposition.

Could we have predicted and prevented the Ecoli outbreak? What does the FDA have to say about Sprouts as a food source?

Although the cause of the most recent outbreak of the food-born pathogen, ecoli, has not been found, it was for a time considered to be caused by bean sprouts in Germany that were possibly contaminated by animal waste.

What is alarming is that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has known for some time the potential dangers of sprouts as a food source. On their website on they detail the specific dangers of sprouts compared to most other fresh produce. "Like any fresh produce that is consumed raw or lightly cooked, sprouts carry a risk of foodborne illness. Unlike other fresh produce, seeds and beans need warm and humid conditions to sprout and grow. However, these conditions are also ideal for the growth of bacteria, including Salmonella, Listeria and E. coli." (source)

On April 26, 2009 an article was posted on the FDA's website advising consumers against eating raw alfalfa sprouts and other alfalfa sprout blends saying that, "the product has been linked to Salmonella serotype Saintpaul contamination.

And again in late December 2010, in the US, the FDA issued a recall of specific brands of Alfalfa being sold in sandwich chains across multiple states due to contamination by Salmonella. Some samples being grown by the company responsible for that outbreak were tested in Februrary of this year and found to be still carrying the salmonella strain involved in the December outbreak. It was surprising to learn that the risk of contamination of sprouts by multiple different pathogens is well known by the authorities for some time now. According to the FDA:

"Since 1995, raw sprouts have been increasingly implicated in foodborne outbreaks. Between January 1995 and May 1999, there were 11 reported outbreaks in the United States associated with sprouts from commercial growers, 9 of which were due to various Salmonella serotypes and 2 to Escherichia coli O157. The number of culture-confirmed cases in each of these outbreaks ranged from 8 to more than 500, and more than 1,300 cases have been reported overall. And in total, since 1990, sprouts have been associated with at least 37 outbreaks, causing over 2,000 confirmed cases of foodpoisoning."

Why then are sprouts still being sold in the US and around the world as a foodsource?

We know that they are vulnerable to contamination and we even know why, and yet they are still sold. The FDA 'advises against their consumption' but only after an outbreak.

Obviously the system in place to ensure the safety of the food that we eat is ineffective. It only manages consequence.

In an Equal Money System, though, we will focus on prevention of these types of problems by eliminating the cause of the problems at their source.

The role that money has played in the sprout issue is one that plagues many industries and will be solved by an Equal Money System quite easily. Having worked in a large company, paid minimum wage, with very little training, I have direct experience of the role that these factors play in safety and prevention of accidents. When profit is the bottom line, many times companies will deliberately pay their hourly employees as little as legally possible and train them as little as legally possible. So not only does this result in a workforce of poorly trained workers, but also in a workforce comprised of people who do not feel valued for their work and who in return do not value the service that they provide. In my year of working at Walmart as a stockroom associate, I witnessed countless examples of employees cutting corners and doing the very least that they could to fall within the 'guidelines' set by the company in terms of safety. We received very little training for a day on a computer. The training used vocabulary that unless one had been working at the company for some time already, would be for the most part meaningless.

The following are examples of employees not following proper procedures taken from an article at Food Safety News which also show directly how sprouts can easily become contaminated through not following proper safety protocols:

-- Run-off water from the compost pile pooled into a drain along the walkway, 11 feet from the entrance to the greenhouse. The subsample that yielded the Salmonella outbreak strain was taken from this site.

-- An employee was observed dumping production waste onto the compost pile.

-- After walking through the compost pile and pooled water along the walkway, the employee returned to the production area wearing the same clothing and boots that he had worn outside.

-- In addition, two employees pushed a cart containing trays of alfalfa sprouts from the sprouting area out through the greenhouse exit.

-- After walking and wheeling the cart through the compost pile, the employees returned to the production area with the cart, wearing the same clothing and boots that they had worn outside.

--The employees did not clean or disinfect their boots or the cart at any time between these two activities.

-- The sink employees used to wash their hands in the lunch room before entering the production area had a hose with a valve on its end that was leaking water onto a floor where there was a substantial amount of foot traffic. FDA noted that organic matter, in conjunction with wet conditions, such as those observed in the facility, foster the growth of Salmonella and other pathogens.

In an Equal Money System a business such as this would simply be shut down and its workers retrained, because there would be no fear of the workers not having income while being retrained. However, in an Equal Money System it would be highly unlikely that products that come with a high risk factor for disease would even be manufactured and sold. Again, when profit is not the motive, but rather what is Best for All - then radically different decisions would be made compared to the ones being made on a daily basis currently. Decisions which only benefit very few who are on the receiving end of the profits.

When we fundamentally change our relationship towards money, collectively as humanity, our relationships towards ourselves, each other, our work, everything will change.

Vote for Equal Money and ensure that profit is never placed before safety.

According to reports coming out of China, a 17 year old boy was so desperate for an iPad that he had his kidney removed and sold on the black market.

On the one hand there are those who are blaming the child for being ‘materialistic’ and others who are demonizing the ‘businessman’ for taking advantage of the boy’s naivete and desire.

I, for one, see that it is actually all of us who are responsible for this situation. We all participate in the system of capitalism, which is based on profit, at the expense of Life. A system that demands ever increasing profits to feed itself, as one all-inclusive consuming monster, which is in essence a reflection of our true nature as Human Beings. The profit-machine is not to blame - because it only exists due to our not accepting responsibility for our inner nature, and is thus reflected back to us by the very systems that we live as and in which we participate.

Take Apple for instance, a company which by most standards is simply doing its job in the system, and very well. It does its job so well in fact that it was able to impulse, brainwash actually, this child to the point where he was willing to sell his own kidney, a part of his physical body, in order to experience the mental pleasure, the goodies, of consciousness. Which is exactly what these technologies represent, the mental masturbatory delights of status, class, and ownership that we so value as energy-driven organic robots.

This would simply not happen in an Equal Money System, and indeed an Equal Money System is THE Solution to this problem. In an Equal Money System, companies or organizations would no longer be driven by profits and no longer driven to make decisions that would lead to harm, simply to increase a number on a spreadsheet. Anyone using common sense and self-honesty could have seen this event (the boy selling his kidney for the iPad) coming from a mile away. In fact, most companies would love this level of ‘loyalty’ to their products or brands.

Deliberate abuse that would no longer be accepted, tolerated, or allowed in an Equal Money System.

Italian Seismologists Charged With Manslaughter for Not Predicting 2009 Quake

According to a report at foxnews.com, the Italian government has accused its top seismologists of manslaughter for not accurately predicting the 2009 earthquake that struck in Italy killing 38 people. Apparently, because the scientists were not able to foresee and thus prevent the deaths caused by the earthquake, they are responsible for those deaths which is why they are now facing trial.

Fascinating, isn't it?

My question, though, is that if this logic holds, why are the government officials who write and sign legislation into law put on trial when their economic policies cause the suffering and death of thousands of children globally every day?

Why are these politicians and lawmakers not put on trial for crimes against humanity for not foreseeing that their policies and agendas do not accumulate in What is Best for All, but only in the daily abuse of millions of billions of people and animals, all in the name of Profit?

It is well known, in modern seismology, that it is virtually impossible given our current understanding and technology to accurately pr

edict where and when an earthquake will occur.

Yet, anyone using only Common Sense and Self-Honesty can see that when when laws are made which support companies to have exclusive rights to resources and to sell their use based on their goal of increasing profit, the consequence is that millions go without the basic necessities required to live in Dignity.

When a trader at the grain exchange buys and sells grain futures, he plays with the lives of people in places like africa and asia, where a .01 percent increase in the price of grain or rice means that a family (that lives on less than $2 a day) goes without food for a week.

Why are these people not on trial for pre-meditated murder?

Why don't politicians consider what is Best for All?

I was listening to a story on NPR a few days ago detailing Obama's recent speech about the Israel/Palestine conflict. The story focused on whether or not Obama was potentially causing a rift among the members of his Democratic political party as a result of the position he took on the issue.

The point that stood out the most for me was the fact that the Senate Majority leader, Harry Reid, was 'ticked off' with the President for his remarks that Israel should be willing to recognize Palestine as a legitimate state and to swap certain geographic locations with the Palestinians as part of the 'peace process'.

The reason why Harry Reid was so 'ticked off', according to the news reporter, was that there is an election coming up and Reid has to defend a certain number of seats in the senate to prevent them from falling into the hands of the Republican party. Meaning, if the President were to say things that caused voters to turn away from the Democrats due to his position on Israel, then this would cause the Democratic party to lose certain elections and thus no longer have the majority vote in the Senate.

Now, looking at this, I realized just how messed up modern politics is, and how from the perspective of the news program, this dispute was perfectly normal, legitimate, and defensible.

But, why wasn't anyone considering whether Obama's remarks actually made sense?
Why wasn't the decision to either stand by his remarks or to argue against them made based on whether his stance was actually Best for All or not?

Instead, the politicians are only concerned with keeping themselves and their like-minded compatriots in office. Which inevitably requires them to compromise what is Best for All, usually to secure backroom deals with corporations to pass legislation in their favor just to secure enough money to get re-elected.

In an Equal Money System, government administrators will only be allowed to make decisions based on the consideration of what is Best for All. And any decision that cannot be shown to be mathematically certain to accumulate in the Best Interest of All, will simply not be considered as an option.

In an Equal Money System, we will no longer accept and allow ourselves to compromise our Principles in the name of money. Politicians (if we even continue to call them that) will hold positions of responsibility because they actually care about Life, and not just for the sake of personal power or money or to perpetuate their own limited beliefs and ideas about reality.

Beauty as Destruction - Plastic Surgery in Asia

What won't we do for beauty?

The latest and not-so-greatest trend in many Asian countries is utilizing plastic surgery to make women AND men look more "Western". The central hub of this Plastic Phenom-e-non is Seoul, South Korea where thousands of foreigners from Japan, China, and Taiwan travel each year to meet with top "beauty doctors". Forget about traditional travel agents, these clients can book "plastic surgery TOURS" which include "air fare, hotel, sight seeing and say... a boob job... all for the price of the procedure alone back home" (cite). And when it comes to the locals? Doctors estimate that 1 in 10 Koreans have had some kind of plastic surgery in their lifetimes - some when they were only 12 years old! (cite).

The Plastic Surgery boom in Asia really hit an all new High (Low) with the premiere of the new show, Beauty Colosseum. A show based on the 2002 American hit - Extreme Makeover, Beauty Colosseum invites 'hopeless', 'fat', and 'horrendously ugly' people on the show to whine about the horrors of their life as an 'ugly person' and the most hopeless of them all wins a slew of plastic surgeries. Yumi Sakaguchi, one of the most well-known contestants on the show, told the judges that she wanted to change her looks because she "couldn't earn any money because she scared the customers". She applied to several hostessing jobs and even spent some time as a prostitute, but she wasn't making enough money to support herself. After winning the surgeries on Beauty Colosseum, Yumi was able to hold down a steady hostessing job, but she admits that it makes her feel bad that the people around her only treat her nicely because of her looks.

"I always wanted to believe people were ultimately judged

by what was inside," she muses, her gaze hesitant and sad.

"But I knew from my personal experience that this wasn't true.

It's always the pretty girls who win the good things in life."

And this is the growing belief in many Asian countries, that in order to be successful in Life - whether it be at work making money, or in a relationship - you must have "the look" = thin, tall, big breasts, skinny thighs, flat stomach, and big eyes. We've seen this as extremely prevalent within Hollywood, to use surgery as a quick fix to mold models and actors into the picture of perfection, and the consequence of this is that average people around the world are assuming that all of their troubles can be fixed with a scalpel. Here is a disturbing example of the lengths that some Asian men and women will go to look and feel "Western":

Dr. Suh In Seock, a surgeon in Seoul, has struggled to find the best way to fix an affliction the Koreans call muu-dari and the Japanese call daikon-ashi: radish-shaped calves. Liposuction, so effective on the legs of plump Westerners, doesn't work on Asians since muscle, not fat, accounts for the bulk. Suh says earlier attempts to carve the muscle were painful and made walking difficult. "Finally, I discovered that by severing a nerve behind the knee, the muscle would atrophy," says Suh, "thereby reducing its size up to 40%." Suh has performed over 600 of the operations since 1996. He disappears for a minute and returns with a bottle of fluid containing what looks like chopped up bits of ramen noodles. He has preserved his patients' excised nerves in alcohol. "And that's just since November," he says proudly. (cite)

Wtf?!

One of the biggest markets for surgery are young college girls. Approximately 52% of female Korean university students have had the surgery to remove their epicanthic fold - a skin fold of the upper eyelid that is a standard Asian characteristic. These girls desire the eyes of the women that they see in high fashion magazines, mostly european/american women - and they see this particular surgery as the key to their success. Their parents agree with them; many parents will offer plastic surgery as a reward for good grades in high school and university.

CNN recently placed an article that tells the story of a 12 year old Korean ballet dancer named Min-kyong, who feels that she lacks confidence because of her "Asian eyes". She looks through the pictures in high fashion magazines and envies the models who are 'blond and blue-eyed'. Her mother has encouraged her to get the eyelid surgery, which she agrees is essential for her daughter to stand out in the world of dance and entertainment. After the surgery, she is feels like a changed person, "a prettier girl", although when you look at the picture of Min-kyong above, you can hardly tell the difference between the two pictures.

It's not just for beauty though - there is an widely accepted belief in Asian countries that being "more-Western" equals being "rich and successful". Many citizens won't admit this directly, but actions speak louder than words. Another rising trend among parents is to take their children (as young as five years old) to plastic surgeons to slice the vertical membrane that connects the tongue with the bottom of the mouth - so that they can speak english without such a "heavy asian accent". This is being marketed as "linguistic surgery", which has proven to have ZERO affect on the ability of Asian children to speak their 'L's' and 'R's'.

Linguists sneer at the idea that South Koreans' tongues

are too short to speak English properly, pointing to the unaccented

speech of hundreds of thousands of Korean Americans.

"O.K., since Westerners are taller they might have

longer tongues. But this operation lengthens the tongue by only a

millimeter or two and that has nothing to do with it," said Lee Ho Young,

a linguist at Seoul National University. (cite)

Turning yourself "Western" has now become a means of survival, in our current system of capitalism - where anything and everything must be done in order to ensure that children can grow up and support themselves in a "cut-throat" world. The drive for earning money has a direct effect on EVERYTHING that we do and everything that we create in this world. 'Pretty' people are able to earn more money that 'ugly' people because we place value on a false idea of beauty above Life - and we place value on money above Life - so we end up with a cycling corrupt value system that forces everyone to fuck with their physical bodies.

When you read this article, do you have any thoughts of disgust or blame towards Asian people? If there is even an inkling of a thought, I suggest you look for yourself where you have and do support the beauty industry - whether it be through make-up, hair products, fashion, magazines, movies, dieting, surgery, etc... All of these points have culminated in this fucked up beauty industry that pushes and persuades people to mutilate their physical bodies in accordance to the voices in their head that say "you are not good enough, you don't look like that, yet".

In an Equal Money System, there will be NO beauty industry - because Life will always be valued above all, no matter the form. Our corrupt value system of beauty will be completely deleted, because there will be no money to back it up.

We will take off the Rose (or green)-colored lenses, and look at the world FOR REAL.

DSK and Rape Scandal: Abuse of Power through Money and Position

When looking at a report on the recent events in the DSK sexual assault scandal, what struck me the most about the situation was the complete polarity in terms of the experiences/perspectives of the two people involved.

On the one hand, you have DSK, who when the hotel housekeeper came into the room, was completely naked and tried to fondle the housekeeper’s breasts and force her on the bed. Apparently, he had made verbal advances on two of the concierges at the hotel as well, massaging the hand of one of them, and being rejected twice, decided to take it one step further, by hiding in his room, naked, past the time of his checkout, for the cleaning crew. This was obviously a sex-possessed man unable to stop himself from going to the extreme of hiding like a snake under a rock waiting for the unsuspecting prey to walk by and then - STRIKE!

Even after the housekeeper escaped from his clutches, having tripped on her way to exit through the door, he rushed to her and attempted to force her to give him oral sex. How possessed must this being have been to go to such lengths?

When I look at the situation from the perspective of DSK, I see a being with constant thoughts of, “I am DSK!” “I am important” “I am powerful” - “I am special, and I get what I want.” “No body tells me, NO!”

This is not to judge, because I can see how, if one participates in such beliefs and ideas about oneself that, eventually, one is taken over by these thoughts and will simply act on them when the situation presents itself. I mean these types of events do not just happen, though, meaning that they take time to accumulate, by participating in thoughts, until that one moment comes and then everything the person had been thinking about and participating in takes over and BAM! The possessed person is no longer in control. But the thing is, the being allowed the point to accumulate to such an extent, so even though we might say that they are no longer in control, the situation is actually just a consequence of the permission given by the being participating in the thoughts and ‘backchat’ that led up to the event.

So, here we have an example of the male sex-ego, which believes that he is the king of the jungle and females are simply delicacies to be plucked and eaten at his every whim and fancy. Delusional, yes, but it is a result of media brainwashing, education, and the power we give to money, where those with money are so accustomed to simply paying others to do whatever they want, that they begin to believe that they are in fact entitled to WHATEVER THEY WANT! Even if that means raping another being who is just trying to do their job to get money to survive in this reality.

Which brings me to look at this from the perspective of the housekeeper (who is a mother, by the way.)
In one report, it was stated that while DSK was forcing himself on the woman on the bed, she kept repeating, “Please stop. I need my job. Don’t do this” (source).

All this woman could think about was losing her job! How fucked up is this situation?

She would not even be in this situation if we did not live in a system where many are, through deliberate mis-education, forced to perform jobs they would not otherwise do, and to thus place themselves in compromising positions, unable to even defend themselves due to the risk that they might lose their employment and then be unable to get money to survive.

And this is the nature of our system, where you have those with money and those without, who in essence live in two completely different mental realities. The rich, who spend their time either protecting their money or looking for ways to amuse themselves, and the poor, whose entire reality is a constant cycle of working for and worrying about money.

This situation, no this entire reality - this system - is completely unacceptable. The ONLY solution is to end this fucked system and create one that leaves no room for such unacceptable expressions such as the being who, through having more money than another, is able to do whatever they want, even if it means abusing, raping, or murdering another on the opposite end of the equation (the have not).

An Equal Money System is THE Common-Sense solution to this problem and really most problems that one can find in this reality, as most are caused due to economic inequality either directly or indirectly.
